Connect with your true self,

The unlimited and powerful being that you are.

Behind your thoughts and emotions there is a witness,

Known as pure awareness.

This is who you really are.

Connect to your true self every day.

Remember your magnificence.

Come and step into pure awareness with me.

I invite you to close your eyes,

Sit with your back straight,

Palms facing up in your lap.

Slow your breath down.

Take a deep inhale and a slow deep exhale.

Keep your breath slow and steady.

Feel the energy in your body.

Feel the energy vibrating outside of your body.

Keep your breath slow and steady,

Clearing your mind,

Stepping back from your thoughts.

Let them pass by like clouds in the sky.

No matter of your external circumstances,

Whatever happens in your outer reality,

You as pure awareness,

The true self,

Can never be harmed.

Pure awareness is the part of you that is eternal and always present.

This is who you are.

You are not your thoughts,

You are not your emotions or your circumstances.

You are not what has happened to you or your stories.

You are the witness.

You are the spiritual being having a human experience.

While I am silent,

Take a step back in your mind and be the present witness.

Allow the sensations to simply be.

Allow the thoughts to pass,

Remain in non-attachment.

If it gets caught up in thoughts,

Move back to the pure awareness.

Just sit and watch.

Be in the blissful mind.

Just let your thoughts be there.

Let them move through your mind like a bird flying through the sky,

Not leaving a trace as you are sitting in this pure awareness.

It feels so good to let go,

To not have to fix your thoughts,

Change them,

Edit your narrative.

Simply watch your mind in non-attachment.

Slowly bring your attention back to your breath.

Come back to a more conscious state.

Remember who you truly are,

The bliss,

Pure awareness.

Your true self is always available to you.

No matter what happens in your external world,

You can always step back into pure awareness.

Here you are safe,

You are secure,

You are powerful beyond measure and you are infinite.

This is who you are.

Now place your hands in front of your face,

Slowly rubbing them together.

Place your palms over your eyes and blink your eyes open,

Washing the energy over your face and body.

Slowly come back.

Take a big stretch and a deep breath and smile.
