You can create a bright new future by practicing every morning, evening and as you move throughout your day. In this meditation you are guided through an empowering Breath of Fire followed by techniques to connect with your vision, emotion and who you truly are. Transcript

Get comfortable in your seat,

Sat either cross-legged or in a chair with your feet planted firmly on the ground.

Have your spine straight,

Your chin slightly tucked.

Place your hands facing up in your lap or on your knees,

Feeling supported by the ground beneath you,

Preparing for your day ahead.

I invite you to take five slow,

Deep breaths in your own time,

Releasing the night of sleep you have just had.

And I want you to feel a relaxing light wash down your body.

From the crown of your head,

Slowly see this light washing down and out through the tips of your toes.

Now as you're settled in,

We're going to begin with the breath of fire,

An invigorating breath to help you settle into the body,

Inviting new energy,

Clearing out stagnant and stale energy from your night of rest.

The breath of fire is an equal inhale and exhale through your nose.

I want you to focus on your solar plexus.

The breath of fire sounds like this.

We're going to hold it at the top of the breath and then you will exhale and naturally release the breath.

We will do three rounds of this.

Fully release on your next exhale and on the inhale we begin.

Breathe in and hold at the top,

Squeezing all the muscles in your body,

Bringing the energy to the top of your head.

And slowly release the breath.

Release in your next exhale and on the inhale we go again.

Breathe in,

Hold at the top,

Squeezing all your muscles,

Bringing your attention to your third eye,

Bringing the energy to the top of your head and release.

And on your next inhale we go for one final time.

And on the inhale hold at the top,

Squeezing your muscles and bringing the energy to the top of your head.

Focusing on your third eye chakra.

And on your exhale release,

I invite you to begin breathing slowly,

Deeply into the bottom of your belly.

Slow deep inhales and slow deep exhales,

Filling your belly as you inhale,

Emptying your belly as you exhale.

Keeping this slow breathing pattern,

I invite you to feel and notice the energy of your body.

Feel the energy tingling in your fingertips,

In the palms of your hands.

Breathing long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Noticing where your body touches the ground,

Feeling the energy flowing through your face,

Through your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

The palms of your hands,

Your fingertips,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your abdomen,

Your pelvis,

The energy in your thighs,

In your calves,

In the soles of your feet and your toes.

As if you can feel the blood circulating throughout your body,

The life force flowing throughout your body.

And now feel your skin,

The energy vibrating in your skin.

And now can you feel the energy outside of your body?

Can you notice the energy in the space around you?

It may be directly beyond your skin.

You may be able to notice it a foot around you or beyond.

Noticing the energy flowing in your space,

Through and around your body.

Your energy feeling peace in your mind,

Settled in your body,

Connected to your spirit,

One with the universe,

Here in the now.

As we move into the next part of our meditation,

Whenever a thought arises,

Let it pass like a cloud in the sky.

While you are here in your sacred space,

The most important thing is you,

Here in the now,

In your meditation.

If you feel yourself being carried away by the thoughts,

Come back to your breath,

Come back to my voice,

Come back to the now.

I invite you to bring your intention into your mind.

It could be your intention for the day ahead,

For the month ahead,

For what you are trying to create in your life.

What is your vision of the future?

What do you wish to experience?

What do you want to create?

How are you going to express your true self?

You are the creator of your reality.

You are unlimited potential.

There are infinite possibilities available to you.

What is the vision that you are calling in?

Who are you becoming?

How does your life look?

If your mind wanders,

Bring your attention back to your breath,

Back to my voice.

Let the thoughts pass.

What are you releasing today?

Which thoughts and patterns no longer serve you?

You must shine a light on these thoughts,

Patterns,

Conditionings that no longer serve you.

You must release your old ways in order to bring in your bright new future.

You can let it go.

Now bring your awareness to your heart,

Your sacred heart,

The space in the centre of your chest.

Breathing into your heart,

Feel the energy growing.

I invite you to bring in the feeling of excitement for a new future.

Feeling this excitement building inside your heart,

Feeling it growing throughout your body and out beyond into your energy field.

Adding the feeling of joy into your heart and love,

True love for yourself,

For others,

For your life.

A true unconditional love.

And bringing in the feeling of abundance into your life.

Knowing abundance is the only truth in this reality.

And inviting in gratitude,

Gratitude for the lessons you have learned,

Gratitude for the blessings you have been given.

Feeling the gratitude growing in your heart,

Feeling it radiating out your entire body,

Through your entire aura.

And now bring your intention back into your mind again.

Seeing it,

Feeling it,

Knowing it.

Now you can release this intention,

Bringing your attention to your energy around your body,

The energy around your heart,

Flowing throughout your body.

Bringing your awareness back to your physical body,

Feeling your fingers,

Feeling your toes.

Preparing for a bright new day and a bright exciting future.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back,

Back to your physical reality.

Bringing your hands in front of your face,

Rubbing them to build energy.

Placing your hands over your eyes,

Blinking your eyes open,

Putting a smile on your face and welcome back.

And now as you get ready to move throughout your day,

It's important to take this vision off the mat.

Take your meditation out throughout the day with you.

Living it,

Being it,

Feeling it in every moment.

And be grateful as you start to see your bright new future unfold before your very eyes.
