If you feel so frustrated you want to scream, perhaps you're angry or stressed out, then this meditation is for you. (We have all been there, don't worry.) Use this guided meditation to help you release your stress & frustration and invite in a divine healing light. Sitting with your emotions and stress, accepting and loving it will allow it to move through your body leaving you feeling refreshed and elevated.

This is a meditation for when you want to scream,

When you're feeling frustrated and not quite sure what to do next.

I invite you to take a comfortable seat,

Place your palms face up on your lap,

Settle into your body,

Gently close your eyes.

I want you to start this meditation by just checking in to see how your body feels.

Check in with your heart and ask,

How are you?

How do I feel?

And we're just going to recognise where this frustration is stemming from.

Where is it in your body?

I don't want you to get attached to the stories of why you're frustrated.

In the peaceful witness of your frustration,

Maybe anger,

Whatever emotion it is you're feeling right now,

Just locate it in your body,

Slowing your breathing down as you settle here now,

Exactly as you are,

With acceptance.

Now just recognising where this feeling,

Emotion is in your body,

And just hold it there for a moment with your awareness,

Don't do anything about it,

Don't try and get rid of it.

We're just going to take a scan of our body,

Starting with your head,

Just checking in how we're feeling and relaxing as we move through.

Same with our head,

Eyes,

Nose,

Lips,

Ears,

Down into your neck,

Your throat,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands and your fingers,

And your shoulders,

Are they tense?

Relax them,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Is she tight?

Your upper back,

Your lower back,

Your abdomen,

Your pelvic area,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes,

Aware of your entire body,

And now where this emotion is,

Is frustration,

Maybe anger,

Maybe at some point today you've wanted to scream,

Maybe you have screamed.

Just locating where this emotion sits in your body,

Is it a tightness in your chest,

A knot in your stomach,

A heaviness in your head,

I just want you to breathe into it.

Emotion needs to move,

When we suppress emotion,

That's when it gets stuck in our body,

Manifests as something potentially undesirable,

So it's so important that as you move throughout life,

You stay aware of how you feel,

Your emotions,

Your emotions are messages,

They are messengers from your subconscious mind,

Pointing you in one direction,

Steering you away from something else,

Helping you move forward,

Helping you release,

So just breathing into this stuck,

Frustrated energy,

Whatever it is you are experiencing,

Maybe as you place your awareness on it,

It intensifies,

Allow it,

Maybe it eases,

Allowing this energy to move through you as you breathe into it,

Letting this emotion know that it's safe to be here,

I see you,

I feel you,

You're safe,

I love you,

And as this emotion eases,

Or maybe it doesn't,

Don't place judgement on it,

Allowing it to be the peaceful witness,

As your energy does its thing,

I want you to breathe emotion into this feeling that's spacing your body,

A divine white light,

And this divine white light is going to help you understand,

Maybe what you need to do,

It's going to help you release,

Maybe you need to cry,

Maybe you do need to scream,

Maybe you need to laugh,

But breathe into this bright white divine light and now feel it filling your body,

Feel it rushing into every cell in your body,

Healing,

Cleansing,

Loving,

When this divine white light spreads out,

Beyond your body,

Into your aura,

Your energetic field,

After all we are made of energy,

And our energy needs to flow,

Feel this divine white light fill in your aura,

Cleansing,

Loving,

Connecting,

Allowing your energy to flow freely,

Releasing what no longer serves you,

Inviting in a new powerful loving energy,

Into your energetic space,

Into your body,

Your mind,

Your heart,

Feeling your energy,

Your body,

Your mind filled with love,

Knowing that this is the truth,

Our emotions,

Our feelings,

Our thoughts,

Our experiences,

They are not who you are,

Part of the makeup of life,

Understanding that in truth you are love,

In truth,

You are one with universal flow,

Universal energy,

You are bigger than the situation that you are in right now,

You are bigger than your circumstances,

Bigger than your experience,

Bigger than your emotions,

But allow them to be here,

Allow yourself to fully feel them,

The frustration,

The anger,

The sadness,

The anxiety,

The fear,

Allow yourself to fully feel it,

Embrace it,

Love it,

Accept it,

And sit with it,

Before reminding yourself,

This is not my truth,

I am a powerful being,

I see you,

I love you,

And I let you move through me,

Thank you for your guidance,

Slowly start to bring awareness back into your body,

Checking in,

Asking yourself,

How are you,

How do I feel,

Is my body experiencing,

Maybe the emotion is still there and that is ok,

Maybe the tightness,

The heaviness is still there,

Place no judgement on it,

Maybe you feel lighter,

Brighter,

Accept wherever you are,

You may need to come back to this meditation,

You may need to go for a walk,

Dance,

Move your energy,

Scream,

Shout,

Cry,

But whatever you do,

Do it with love,

Awareness,

Conscious connection to yourself and your soul,

And the human you are here as,

Start to bring some movement into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Deepening your breath,

Getting ready to go about your day once again,

And with a smile on your face,

I invite you to open your eyes,
