Hi everybody and welcome to this meditation.
Today we're going to be meditating to release our past,
Our fears and anything that no longer serves us.
I'm Rosanna and I'm your guide.
Thank you for meditating with me today.
Make sure you're sat in a comfortable position,
Either cross-legged on the floor or on a chair with your feet placed firmly on the ground.
Make sure your spine is straight and place your palms facing down on your lap or on your knees so that you can connect to the grounded energy that will be creating and connect to the energy of yourself.
I hope you enjoy.
Feeling your body touching the ground,
Feeling yourself supported by Mother Earth,
Feeling yourself grounded,
Safe.
You feel a warmth flowing up through Mother Earth and into your body,
Filling up your feet,
Your legs,
Your glutes,
Your pelvis,
Your abdomen,
Your back,
Your chest and your body is getting warmer and more relaxed.
This warm loving energy flows through your heart,
Up into your neck,
Your throat and down your arms,
Into your hands,
Into your head,
Your face and your entire body is filled with this warm loving energy.
Now imagine in front of you there is a golden orb and this golden orb is a safe space,
A loving space,
A space of transformation and within this orb you see,
You feel the past,
All the challenges,
All the lessons,
All the exciting moments,
All of the thoughts,
All of the emotions are all placed in this golden orb and the energy that flows through them,
Neutralizes them,
Helps you release attachment to the good times,
Helps you release judgment of the so-called bad times.
With every new moment you get a new opportunity but we so often hold on to the past and unless we give ourselves a new future to focus on,
We will keep on recreating this past,
These same thoughts,
These same emotions,
The same experiences.
So just viewing this golden orb in front of you,
I want you to whisper thank you for all of its lessons,
For all of the blessings and I want you to just picture yourself,
Who you were,
How you were and I want you to say I love you and thank you,
Thank you for being who you are,
I love you unconditionally and so any thoughts,
Emotions,
Experiences,
Beliefs are in this orb and this orb starts to float away,
The past is no longer here and so you see it float and float further and further away,
It floats off into the horizon and it sinks down into mother earth and she takes it from you and you feel a sense of love rushing up through your body as mother earth thanks you for being here,
Thanks you for living your life fully,
Knowing that you are loved unconditionally and you feel like,
You feel like a weight has been released,
Like you are no longer heathered to the past,
You are free of the past,
Breathing into this feeling of lightness,
This feeling of freedom,
This feeling of opportunity,
What is possible now I'm no longer holding on to the past and dropping into your heart once again,
Breathing into your heart,
Feeling your body connected to the ground and bringing awareness back into your body,
Deepening your breath and starting to move your fingers and your toes and oh so gently opening your eyes
