Hello,

My friend,

Welcome to this guided meditation to help you drift into a deep and restful slumber.

Tonight,

We will be taking a journey to a place of tranquility and peace,

Allowing your body and mind to completely relax and prepare for a night of restorative sleep.

Before we begin,

Let's set an intention.

Ask yourself,

How will I feel when I wake up after a night of deep,

Peaceful sleep?

How will I feel when I wake up after a night of deep,

Peaceful sleep?

Let that feeling guide you as you begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying down in your bed.

Allow your body to sink into the softness of your mattress,

Filling the support beneath you.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your belly rise.

And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension you may be holding.

Repeat this breath three more times,

Each time allowing your body to soften and surrender to a state of relaxation.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Notice any sensations there,

Warmth,

Coolness,

Tingling,

Or pressure.

Imagine a gentle wave of relaxation washing over your feet,

Releasing any tightness or tension.

Let that wave of relaxation travel up your legs,

Through your calves and shins,

To your knees and thighs.

Feel your leg muscles softening and letting go.

Continue to breathe deeply and slowly as the wave of relaxation flows up through your hips and lower back,

Soothing and calming every muscle along the way.

Feel your belly softening and your breath becoming effortless.

Let the relaxation flow up through your chest and shoulders,

Releasing any tightness you may be holding in your upper back.

Feel your arms becoming heavy and relaxed,

Your hands and fingers softening.

Now bring your awareness to your neck and throat.

Allow the muscles in your neck to relax completely,

Letting your head sink comfortably into your pillow.

Feel a sense of ease spreading through your jaw,

Releasing any tension you may be holding there.

Let the relaxation wash over your face.

Soften in your forehead,

Your cheeks,

And the muscles around your eyes.

Even though your eyes are closed,

Feel your eyelids becoming heavy and relaxed.

Imagine yourself floating on a calm,

Clear lake.

The water is still and serene,

Reflecting the twilight sky above.

The air is cool and refreshing,

Carrying the scent of distant wildflowers.

Feel the gentle rocking of the water as you lie back on a soft,

Comfortable raft.

You are completely supported and at ease.

With each breath,

You feel yourself drifting further and further into a state of deep relaxation.

The stars begin to appear in the darkening sky,

Twinkling like tiny diamonds.

You watch them as they shimmer and dance,

Feeling a sense of wonder and peace fill your heart.

As you continue to float on the calm lake,

Your thoughts begin to slow down,

Like ripples fading away on the water's surface.

Your mind becomes still and quiet,

Free from any worries or anxieties.

You are completely present in this moment,

Surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the night sky.

You are safe,

Loved,

And deeply at peace.

Your entire body is now enveloped in this feeling of deep calm and peace.

You are safe,

Comfortable,

And ready to drift into a restful sleep.

Allow yourself to drift off to sleep,

Knowing that you will wake up feeling refreshed,

Rejuvenated,

And ready for a brand new day.

It is my wish that you have the sweetest dreams,

My friend.

Good night.
