Hello my friend,

Welcome to this guided meditation to help you get a full and restful night of sleep.

There is much that goes on when you sleep.

It is an opportunity for your body to rest.

It is a time to recover all the energy you spent throughout your day.

Not all sleep is equal.

Think of it like refueling your car's gas tank.

If you could,

You'd choose premium gas.

During this meditation,

We'll prepare your body for premium sleep.

That way,

You experience all its benefits and more,

Including improvements to your mental health so you handle stress better,

Giving your immune system a boost so you can stay healthy,

And providing yourselves with much needed energy to tackle your day tomorrow.

This meditation will take advantage of your ability to feel and imagine.

Before we begin,

Set an intention.

Ask yourself,

How will I show up in the world if I get premium sleep tonight?

Get in a comfortable position.

Since you are preparing to sleep,

You can lie down.

Find a spot in front of you and stare at it softly.

Blink if you need to,

Then return to a soft gaze on the same spot.

For the rest of the meditation,

Allow your eyes to naturally get heavier and close on your own.

Shift your attention to the bridge of your nose between your eyes.

Feel the air move through this spot as you inhale and exhale.

You may feel a tingling.

Take a longer inhale for a count of 5,

4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale.

Shift your attention to your jaws.

Allow your jaws to relax by softening your bite.

Allow your tongue to float in your mouth.

Now move your attention to your feet.

Feel the energy moving around your feet.

Notice the sensation of all the surfaces your feet are touching.

See your feet turn into butterflies and fly away.

Move your attention to your hands.

Feel the energy moving through your hands.

Notice the sensation of all the surfaces your hands are touching.

See your hands turn into butterflies and fly away.

Bring your attention to your legs.

Feel the energy moving through your legs.

Starting with your ankles,

Moving up to your knees and to your waist,

See your legs turn into butterflies and fly away.

Now shift your focus to your arms.

Feel the energy moving through your arms.

Starting with your wrists,

Moving up to your elbows and to your shoulders,

See your arms turn into butterflies and fly away.

Shift your attention to your torso.

Feel the energy moving through your torso.

Now starting with your waist,

Moving up to your neck,

See your entire torso turn into butterflies and fly away.

Now shift your attention to your brain.

Feel all the energy coursing through your brain.

All this energy makes it harder for you to get a full night of restful sleep.

To get premium sleep,

See your brain turn into butterflies and fly away.

You are now ready for premium sleep.

You are now ready for a full night of restful sleep.

Every part of your body that turned into butterflies will be replaced with brand new cells.

Each rejuvenated cell will be filled with tons of energy.

Energy that allows you to show up in the world as you wish.

Energy that allows you to love who you are and to be appreciative of all your experiences.
