Hi,

My name is Roland and I will be your guide during this meditation session.

Before beginning any meditation session,

It is important that you set an intention.

Do that now.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Now bring your awareness to your breathing and take a slightly longer inhale than you normally would and then exhale.

Repeat and on your next exhale,

Bring your awareness to your feet.

Observe any tension in your feet and let the tension melt away like butter on a hot stove.

On your next exhale,

Bring your attention to your calf muscles.

Observe any tension in your calf muscles and allow the tension to melt away like butter in a hot pan.

At this time,

If your body needs to adjust itself,

Allow it to do so.

On your next exhale,

Bring your attention to your thighs and glutes.

Observe any tension in this part of your body and allow any tension you become aware of to simply melt away like butter on a hot stove.

On your next exhale,

Bring your attention to your thighs and glutes.

Bring your attention to your abdomen.

Observe any tension in this part of your body and simply let any tension you become aware of melt away like butter on a hot stove.

Now,

Pay attention to how your breathing has changed.

Is your breathing deeper?

Is your breathing calmer?

Has your breathing slowed down?

And allow your body to adjust itself as it needs.

On your next exhale,

Bring your attention to your shoulders.

Observe any tension in this part of your body.

Allow any tension to simply melt away like butter on a hot stove.

Observe any tension in this part of your body.

On your next exhale,

Bring your attention to the muscles.

Feel for any tension on your face.

Feel for any tense muscles on your face.

By letting go of any tension in your face.

Just like watching butter melt on a hot stove.

You should be feeling way more relaxed now.

Enjoy this feeling for a couple more breaths.

And now slowly begin to wiggle your toes.

And now slowly begin to wiggle your fingers.

And now slowly begin to move your eyes left and right.

Open your eyes.

Observe the space you're in and notice something new that you weren't aware of before.

Take a slightly longer inhale and exhale.

And now you're fully awake.

Back in your body.

Feeling more relaxed and ready to take on the world.

Thank you for meditating with me.

Expect your experiences to be exactly what you need to grow.
