Welcome to this guided meditation to help you increase your energy.
Unlike drinking coffee and energy drinks,
Meditating is a highly effective way to boost your energy for the long term.
With this meditation,
You will use your ability to imagine as well as physical touch to boost your energy levels.
As always,
Begin by setting an intention.
To set a powerful intention,
Ask yourself,
How will I show up in the world if I have enough energy throughout the day?
Now,
Sit in a comfortable position.
Adjust your body and make sure your feet are flat on the floor.
Make sure your spine is straight.
Close your eyes.
Inhale deeply and observe as your belly expands for a count of three,
Two,
One,
And then exhale.
Adjust your body so that it is even more comfortable and relaxed.
Continue to breathe normally for the rest of this meditation.
Now imagine a silver bowl appears in front of you.
In the silver bowl is a green liquid light material.
Now physically move your fingers as if to dip the tips in the bowl.
Feel the energies coursing through your fingertips when you do.
Now raise your hands up towards your forehead and use your fingers to gently and continuously tap on your forehead as if you are typing on a keyboard.
Relax as you do this by exhaling.
The green light on your fingertips energizes the cells in the parts of your body you touch.
Allow your fingers to move naturally around your forehead.
No matter what you do,
Make sure you do not stop typing.
If your fingers naturally move away from your forehead to different parts of your body,
Allow them to.
As a reminder,
Make sure you do not stop typing.
Feel your energy shift as the green liquid light energizes your body.
Continue to breathe naturally,
Allowing your fingers to move through your body and energize your cells.
Your fingers may decide to focus on a particular area of your body a little longer than it does on another area.

Gently open your eyes.
Pay attention to how you feel.
You now know how you can boost your energy at any time during your day.
Simply imagine a silver bowl with green liquid light in it.
Dip your fingers into the bowl and tap parts of your body to help infuse yourselves with revitalizing energy.
