Hello my friend.
Welcome to this guided meditation to help you heal emotional pain.
When you neglect to heal your painful emotions,
Exhaustion and even illness can overtake your physical body.
When your physical body is compromised,
You are not able to be your best self.
Your work and your relationships will suffer.
You can begin to heal your emotional pain by thinking about it,
But thinking is not enough.
Emotions are tied to your feelings,
And so you must also heal your feelings.
You must become intimately familiar with the painful feelings to heal them.
You must be able to forgive yourself to heal your feelings.
You must trust that you deserve to be completely healed and to have your feelings restored to their perfect state.
This guided meditation will take advantage of your ability to feel and imagine.
Before we begin,
You need to set an intention.
To help you set a powerful intention,
Ask yourself,
How will I show up in the world if I am able to heal my emotional pains?
Now find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.
Breathe in deeply for a count of 4,
3,
2,
1 and exhale to allow your body to relax.
Place your hands on your thighs with your palms facing up.
Gently close your eyes.
Close your face by moving your tongue away from the roof of your mouth.
Prepare to breathe.
Now that you are more relaxed,
Think about an experience or event that is causing you emotional pain.
As you think about the experience,
Pay attention to the energy field around your body.
Pay attention to the muscles in your body.
Notice which muscles contract and tighten up.
Notice how your feelings change.
Feel free to judge what you become aware of any way you wish.
After all,
These are your feelings,
Your experiences and your perceptions.
At this time,
Remember why you are doing this meditation.
Prepare your intention to heal your emotional pains.
See yourself in a beautiful cave filled with green emeralds.
In the cave is a calm body of magical healing water.
The water is able to grant you your truest and most honest wishes and desires.
Remember,
You must trust that you deserve whatever your wishes and desires are.
In your hand is a blue chalice.
Feel the chalice with water.
Say to yourself,
I am healing my emotional pains.
I am restoring my emotions.
Now see yourself drink from the chalice.
Notice any sensations of energy moving through your body.
Notice any changes to your muscles.
Notice any changes to your feelings.
When you are finished,
Return your attention to your feet.
Wiggle your toes.
Put your hands over your face and gently rub your eyes.
Now open your eyes.
Welcome back.
You now know how to heal emotional pains by healing your thoughts and feelings about them.
Return to this meditation at any time.
