Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
I'm Richard Willis and my voice will guide you in an elemental fire meditation where you can relax and take on the warmth,
Energy and drive of the fire element to empower you in your daily life.
So make yourself comfy and just simply allow my voice to go with you as your mind is gently guided through this practice.
First close your eyes and just relax the body.
Let all the muscles soften then take a deep breath in.
Hold it then breathe out with a nice long exhale letting the body relax even further.
Let go and just enjoy the normal rhythm of the breath in and out.
Now rest your awareness on your torso and the warmth within your chest and belly.
Feel the inner warmth that your body provides,
The fire element always working within you,
Providing you with energy.
Keep your focus on that energy now,
That warmth and let it expand moving into your legs and feet,
Your arms and hands,
Your head so your whole body is filled with warmth and energy.
Now use that fire energy in your life.
Think of a goal you'd like to achieve.
Hold it in your mind,
Still being aware of the fire energy within you,
Full of power,
Giving you drive and determination.
Imagine yourself achieving your goal.
See what you see,
Hear what you hear,
Feel what you feel.
Spend a few moments now enjoying that achievement.

Come back fully into the present moment,
Bringing with you the power of fire to burn through any obstacles in your life and giving you the energy and determination to achieve your goals.
