Now that you're calm and relaxed,

I want you to take yourself into that deeper part of your mind,

That part that knows all about you,

The part of you that's always listening,

Because you're listening to me today because you've decided you want to be free of any feelings of being stuck,

Any feelings of being blocked,

Anything that's holding you back,

And you've decided that you'll no longer allow limitations to define who you are.

So relax into this present moment with comfort and ease.

Know that all good feelings are flowing towards you,

And with each breath just allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

Know that your mind is very powerful,

And you have the ability to access that creative part of your mind to find a way to become unstuck.

You know that you have free will to respond to any moment of life exactly as you want to.

So take a deep breath and settle yourself,

Feel yourself open,

Allow yourself to receive a little bit more.

Nobody wants anything from you now,

This is your time.

And remember,

You are not the person you were yesterday.

Today is a new day.

It's a day full of possibilities,

And you can see each day as a new beginning with fresh eyes,

An opportunity to renew yourself daily.

From this state of relaxation you can access your inner creative mind to allow new responses to come to the surface.

You allow yourself to open up,

You see this as an opportunity to embrace a change.

There are infinite possibilities.

Every day you can allow yourself to feel more optimistic,

Feeling renewed,

Even excited at the possibilities ahead.

When you change your mind,

You can change your situation.

A new mind might want to cling onto those old familiar ways.

Your mind might be indulging in a bad habit,

Or a worn out self-image,

A self-image that no longer serves you.

You now decide to break free from those old patterns of behaviour,

To find new ways of responding.

On the count of three,

You will simply release the past.

You will release the past and now connect to what really matters,

In the now.

Ready?

One.

Two.

Three.

And release the past.

Just let it go.

Well done.

And as you release all of that old stuff,

You can feel it being replaced with an energy,

An energy within.

Now you're free,

Now you're creative,

You are growing.

You're free of those old ways of thinking.

You are in charge of your mind.

You now write the script of how you want your life to be.

I wonder what that new story looks like.

I want you to see an image of who you want to be,

Having the qualities you want,

Or already possess.

What does your posture look like?

How do you hold yourself?

Hear the tone of your voice,

Of this new confident you.

See the smile that lights up your face.

Feel what it's like to act in this new way.

How do people respond to you?

Now you have the opportunity to be exactly who you want to be.

You have the opportunity to be exactly who you want to be.

You just need to step into that role and begin to feel the new energy that you've unleashed.

Live in this present moment.

We are fulfilled when we can be who we want to be.

You become more and more your true self.

Respect yourself.

Allow your good emotions to guide you and commit to each moment as a new and fresh experience.

Today,

You've created a better version of yourself.

You are now open.

You are now open and allowing your awareness to expand.

Choosing to allow life to fill you.

New beliefs,

New thoughts,

New attitudes that will set you free,

That will open up your mind,

Open up your world.

Allow yourself to let go,

To find that flow again because it feels so good.

You know on a deeper level that you are being supported,

You're being cared for and you find you no longer need to struggle and this brings you deep relief,

Deep satisfaction.

And you find that inner place of peace and calm and you tap into your own deep sense of knowing with ease and awareness because each day you are more and more willing to live your truth.

To allow more and more joy to enter your life,

To focus on what brings you joy,

Love,

Creativity,

To feel more.

To be more hopeful for new beginnings that are entering your life to notice the opportunities and the possibilities opening up to you.

You know that these changes all around you are pushing you,

Pushing you towards who you're meant to be.

So embrace these changes.

Embrace the changes,

Feel fresh,

Alive and vibrant and allow yourself to step into the new life you deserve,

Free from limitations.

Every day celebrate your uniqueness,

Allowing all the good things to come into your life.

More love,

More joy,

More creativity,

More passion.

Allow all of these positive changes to come into your life because every day the next step of your journey unfolds.

Every day is a new chapter of that book.

Every day a new adventure.

Allow your dreams to come true.

Do you find that this expansiveness improves your communications with others?

You can feel more relaxed and more loving and more open.

Your appreciation of others grows and you give love and encouragement.

All is fresh.

All is new now,

Like opening a window,

Thank you Richard. I’d like to thank you for helping me get through through this difficult time. I’ve actually come out the other end in a slightly awakened state after a very turbulent time before. I think the stress has pushed me into a separateness between the self and my mind. Getting a lot of gaps in mind activity these days which is cool. Your meditations have helped greatly, especially early doors. I can now watch my ego instead of being in the grip. What a cool place to get too.
