I'm the friendly fluffy white cloud.
Can you see the word that is written upon my big fluffy belly?
It says,
Relax.
That's because at night time,
The stars come out,
And all my other friendly fluffy cloud friends come out as well,
So they can float in the sky with me,
And we can all relax together.
Some of my friendly fluffy clouds have the same word written upon their belly as I do,
Relax.
But some of my other friends have different names written upon their bellies,
Words like calm,
Peaceful,
Sleepy.
Can you imagine fluffy,
Friendly white clouds floating in the sky with words written upon their bellies?
Me and my friends like to relax so much that we drift into a lovely space of dreamy time.
It's so calm,
Peaceful,
And sleepy.
Then we are able to imagine amazing things.
And now I'm so relaxed here up in the sky,
Talking to you,
I can hardly keep my eyes open.
My white fluffy beating heart is slowing down because I am so relaxed.
My white fluffy lungs are gently filling up with air,
But very,
Very gently because my breathing is so relaxed.
So,
As I said,
I have the word relaxed written upon my belly.
Every time I remember this,
It makes me feel soft,
Gentle,
And relaxed.
One of my other friendly fluffy cloud friends has the word calm written upon its white fluffy belly.
Every time they remember this,
It makes them feel soft,
Gentle,
And calm.
One of my other friendly fluffy cloud friends has the word peaceful written upon its big white fluffy belly.
Every time they remember this,
It makes them feel soft,
Gentle,
And peaceful.
And finally,
One of my other friendly fluffy cloud friends has the word sleepy written upon its big white fluffy belly.
Every time they remember this,
It makes them feel soft,
Gentle,
And sleepy.
In fact,
This particular friendly fluffy cloud gets so soft,
Gentle,
And sleepy that they begin to snore.
But it's okay because the sound of their snoring is not very loud at all.
It's actually quite soft and gentle.
And sometimes,
The sound of the snoring helps the other clouds in the sky drift off to sleep,
Floating in the night sky,
Which is illuminated by the big bright moon.
And when the big bright moon that illuminates all of the sky begins to hear all the friendly fluffy cloud friends sleeping together,
It makes the moon feel very peaceful.
Moon feels very peaceful.
It sends magic energy down to the earth where all the children are getting ready to sleep in their beds,
Just like you right now.
Can you feel the moon's gentle magic energy shining down upon you to help you drift off to sleep?
Maybe you'd like to imagine this right now as I drift away because that's what I like to do.
Being a friendly fluffy white cloud means that I get to drift away wherever I am taken.
It's so relaxing and it helps me sleep,
Just like the magic energy energy that the moon is sending down to all those kids ready to drift off to sleep.
