Sleep: The Solfeggio Spiritual Space (432 Hz)

This sleep track has the Solfeggio Frequency of 432Hz. It is used in this along with a guided mindfulness meditation for sleep. The more you relax, the more you’ll drift off into restful and restorative sleep. This frequency is widely used and accepted. It is not part of the original Solfeggio scale, but is often included for sound healing because it is frequently referred to as the 'frequency of the universe'. Music tuned to 432Hz slows down the heart rate significantly more when compared to the same music at 440Hz.
