With this rain and this moment,

Noticing my forehead,

My arms,

My belly,

I am noticing myself,
Holding my body gently.
As my body melts,
Melting is good for me.
The more I experience the melting,

I am noticing the parts of my body that make contact with where they are resting.
My body continues to melt.
Allowing my body to melt.
Noticing the you that looks out from behind your eyes.
This place where we notice our awareness.
We can be aware of awareness.
Conscious of being aware.

Spiritual awareness.
There's nothing else to do.

Appreciation for the fact that you chose this moment.

Let's drift away.

Allow yourself to gently appreciate the little things in your day to day that went well.

And noticing what this is like for you.
Using gratitude in this way just for a few moments more.

We can transform common days into joyous ones.
We could describe gratitude as the healthiest of all human emotions.
Because it brings us happiness and joy.

Just gently appreciating that it's a lovely way to end the day.
Allowing gratitude to radiate through our bodies and minds.
Gratitude for the little things that went well.
And as you've been resting in this moment of appreciation.

All these different areas of pressure and weight.
Gently holding you and helping you relax.
And melt into your bed.
Feeling the pulling sensation of gravity that is always a constant.

This is your experience of being more grounded.
And coming into a place of rest,
