The friendly, fluffy white cloud is here to introduce us to this moment of fun and relaxation. It guides us to use imagination and pretending. We join other fluffy, white clouds breathing in and out, and using the words ‘here’ and ‘now’ that are written upon their bellies.

Hello,

I'm the friendly fluffy white cloud.

I like to float high up in the sky and play with my friends and they are friendly fluffy white clouds as well.

Can you see the word that's written on my belly today?

It says relax.

So let's go on a little adventure.

But first,

We need to get nice and relaxed.

This is because when we are relaxed,

We can imagine things even better.

That means that we can pretend even better.

Because pretending is fun.

So what about this?

Are you ready to create a picture in your imagination?

See if you can create a picture of me,

A friendly fluffy white cloud gently floating in the sky.

And of course,

I'm not an ordinary friendly fluffy white cloud because I have a big smile on my face and the words relax written upon my belly.

Oh,

Look,

I don't have the word relax written upon my belly anymore.

I have a different word written upon my belly.

Take a look.

I've got the word here written upon my belly.

Can you imagine this?

Look at those letters here.

Isn't that amazing?

Can you see the words have changed on my fluffy white belly?

Oh,

Look,

The word is changing again.

Look closer.

I've got the word now written upon my big fluffy belly.

Look at those letters for now.

As I breathe in,

It very gently moves.

Can you imagine listening or seeing the word here when you breathe in?

And imagine listening or seeing the word now when you breathe out.

And see if you can do this for a few seconds.

See if you can stay with this for a few seconds.

And now see if you can stay focused to your breathing as you look around the room that you're in right now.
