Hello I'm the friendly fluffy white cloud. Can you see the word that is written on my fluffy white belly today? It says relax. When I choose to do this it can be fun because at nighttime the stars come out and all my other friendly fluffy cloud friends come out too and they float in the sky with me and we all relax together. Some of my friendly fluffy white cloud friends have the same word written upon their belly as I do. Relax. But others have other words too. Words like calm and peaceful. In fact we drift into a lovely space of dreamy time relaxing peacefully. Maybe you can imagine me playing around in the sky with my other friendly fluffy white cloud friends. Now can you use your imagination in a really calm and relaxed way. Okay are you ready? Great. Now imagine you're floating up in the sky as well. You're so relaxed though because I'm here with my friends as well and now can you imagine how the bellies of me and my friendly fluffy white cloud friends gently inflate. Are you ready?
