For Sleep: My Saturday Night (Saturn)

Saturday is coming to a close. Saturday is Saturn‘s Day. Saturday is unique. It is the only day of the week to retain its Roman origin. Saturn, also known as Saturnus, was the Roman god of wealth, agriculture, liberation, and time. No effort in thinking is required. Tonight is no exception. If anything arises, allow it. If nothing arises, be witness to the stillness and space within you as you drift away into restful sleep.

I agree that having a sleep routine, helps, that by listening to a meditation each night we learn that sleep is what happens. I wonder though, how much of it is the soothing familiarity of your voice? I’m sure you could be reading the weather forcast and I’d still fall asleep😀
As you know I’ve listened to ‘The Countdowns Return ‘ nightly for years now and I’m finding myself missing recalling the three things that have gone well in my day. Only two more nights of the planets to go, thank goodness and I’ll be back to normal!
