And look a little closer.
Can you see?
It's got the word helpful written upon its big fluffy belly.
Why don't you and the little voice inside your tummy take a ride home inside this big soft fluffy friendly white cloud?
That would be very helpful.
You are completely covered by lots of soft fluffy white comfortable stuff.
It's so comfortable.
Just like being under your bed covers with the torch light on.
See if you can notice that the friendly fluffy white cloud is actually breathing.
Very gently.
Can you see how gentle its big white belly gently moves in and gently moves out?
Maybe you can notice the rise and fall of your own breathing.
Noticing how gentle your breathing moves in and out again.
Maybe you could put a hand where you notice the movement.
Would you like to put a hand there?
Now see what it's like to close your eyes and imagine this helpful cloud breathing at the same time as you.
See if you can do this now.
And now see if you can stay with your breathing as you open your eyes and look around the room that you're in right now.
