Food is one of the most heartfelt ways we’ll care for you during this retreat. Each meal will be thoughtfully crafted to nourish your body, warm your soul, and connect you more deeply to the beauty of the season by our in-house professional chef. Our menu will feature organic, seasonal, whole-food ingredients rooted in plant-based cooking and complemented with mindful additions to honor individual needs and preferences. You can expect vibrant flavors: roasted vegetables, hearty grains, fresh greens, warming soups, and wholesome treats that feel both comforting and energizing. Every dish will carry the intention to bring you into presence, to slow you down, and to remind you that nourishment is not just about what’s on your plate, it’s an act of love, a form of art, and a bridge to deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. Whether you’re sipping tea by the fire, enjoying a lovely lunch after yoga, or gathering around the community dinner table at sunset, our meals will be a highlight of your retreat experience. Meals that feel simple, beautiful, and made with care in every bite. Dietary restrictions are accepted, so if you have any preferences you can let us know on your discovery call.

Schedule

Over the course of the weekend, we’ll weave together moments of community, time in nature, and nourishing practices such as yoga, meditation, and immersive workshops. You’ll experience transformative sessions including authentic relating exercises, sacred cacao ceremonies, sound journeys, and guided creative expression to awaken your inner artist. Each day will be balanced with plenty of space for reflection, rest, and enjoying beautiful, thoughtfully prepared meals that nourish both body and spirit. The retreat officially begins on Friday morning, but you’re invited to arrive Thursday evening to settle into the space.

Testimonials

info

You have provided such a safe space and deep understanding that I have ever felt in therapy. An offering that is not just teacher and student but friend to friend, human to human. I leave every retreat feeling re-energized to honor the truest depths of my soul! The inner child work we continue to do together is transformative and has allowed me to trust my journey, uncover my purpose, and work towards accepting all parts of me!

Christiana, USA

Through our spiritual journey together, I have gained a deeper understanding of myself and a stronger connection to the world around me. Your support and companionship have been invaluable, and I am grateful for the growth and peace that we have found together on this path. Retreat was life changing in Guatemala!

Lola, Puerto Rico

I went on my first co-ed retreat and it was so incredible. I feel men do not always have the space to touch these layers of ourselves that often get suppressed. I went to the florida retreat last year and will be attending a re-set like this every year!
