Details

Welcome to the Radiant Renewal Yoga Retreat for Women 50+. Our retreat is hosted at the Dora Campus retreat center in Tulum, Mexico, surrounded by cenotes and lush jungles. As a women-only experience, we will be focusing on movement and meditation, with daily somatic and hatha yoga, meditation in a natural cave, and workshops to help us find ways to regulate our nervous system to lower stress. The private 10-room campus has a pool, yoga shala, rooftop deck, spa treatments, and access to local cenotes just a 5 minute walk. This retreat is specifically designed to allow you to unplug and find gentle movement. It's a time to focus on YOU. It's a time to relax and reconnect with the part of yourself that may have been buried or forgotten. It's the time to connect with other women. It's a time to prioritize your health, and connect with body, mind, and spirit.
