Kindle Your Joy is a three-day retreat on the wild, beautiful Oregon coast for anyone who has been carrying too much and wants to feel light again. Here, you are the medicine, and no heavy processing is required. We are in a season of joy! It is just you, the ocean, and a small circle of people remembering how to play. We gather in the rhythm of the tides. Mornings open with breathwork and sound baths that settle your nervous system. Days move through childlike wonder meditations, easy dance, cold therapy, and creative expression that pulls you out of your head and back into your body. Evenings soften into fireside circles where real connection happens on its own. This retreat is built for the part of you that forgot it was allowed to feel good. You will leave more regulated, more open, and reconnected to the wisdom that was always yours. You are the medicine. This is simply the space to remember it. Come as you are. Leave lighter.

You will stay together in a spacious, light-filled beach house a short walk from the Oregon coast. This is a shared home, not a hotel, and that is part of the magic. We cook, gather, rest, and play under one roof. The common spaces make connection easy, from the cozy movie room with bean bags to the game room that brings out everyone's playful side. Beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, there's a jetted tub to soak in, and beach access is minutes away on foot. You will have everything you need to land, exhale, and feel at home.

Meals are nourishing, plant-forward, and made with care. Think whole foods that fuel your nervous system rather than tax it: fresh local produce, vibrant bowls, warm breakfasts, and grounding dinners we share together. The food is primarily vegan and vegetarian, organic where we can source it, and we easily accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut allergies. Tell us your needs when you register and we take care of the rest. Food is part of the experience here. We gather around the table, slow down, and eat well as a community.

Schedule

Kindle Your Joy is a three-day, two-night retreat that begins Friday at 5pm and closes Sunday at 9am. We open the first evening with a shared dinner and a gentle circle to land. Saturday is the heart of the retreat, a full day of breathwork, meditation, sound, movement, cold therapy, creative play, and beach time, paced with plenty of rest and open space in between. Sunday morning we close with a sunrise practice and breakfast before goodbyes. The rhythm is intentional: active enough to move what needs moving, spacious enough to let it land. You set the depth. We hold the space.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
