Details

In Her Element calls women together to ground in nature and begin to understand something they’ve always sensed was there. Beyond the physical world of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire lies a fifth element. This element serves as a means of communication, a reflector of resonance. This fifth element is Ether, or Aether. This retreat is intentional, time spent in nature that will resource your intuition and guide you back to the power within. Ether is the reflection of life force in all things, filling the invisible space between the physical. Ether is the sacred void, spaciousness, and moving energy that exists as a living field all around and within us. This field is always present, holding all-knowing wisdom and the potent ability to charge us with energy. Ether acts as the bridge between our physical world and our consciousness, both individual and collective. The feminine senses its subtlety, knowing it is there, while the mind wishes to grasp, see, and understand the concept. We’ll explore this duality during the retreat. Our meditations during In Her Element Retreat will connect you to the field of Ether (or Akasha), allowing this profound connection to become a source of power and inspiration for the rest of your life.

Welcome to Paradise Ranch. Established in 2014, just after Daniela and Jon were married, this pristine 7-acre property found them in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Their peaceful home sits in an open field surrounded by aspen and towering pine trees. There’s space in the field behind the house for you to set up camp. Enjoy plenty of shaded space, privacy, and an outdoor shower loved by previous retreat guests. Bring your own tent and whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. Limited space for trailers or camper vans is available — please reach out after booking. The weather during our retreat is expected to be beautiful, and guests have been very comfortable in the past. Tucked away from the bustle, the property is peaceful and private, surrounded by lush nature, singing birds, and skies that sparkle with stars at night. We recommend bringing your favorite pillow and blanket (in addition to your sleeping bag) for extra comfort. One indoor restroom with a shower will be available for use, as well as an outhouse. Drinking water will be provided throughout the weekend, and the AC will be on in the house if you need to step inside and cool off for a bit. You'll have access to the indoor shower and bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower you can enjoy under the trees! For offsite options, you'll get all the benefits of the retreat, but you'll be staying offsite. This is good for people who don't feel ready to camp yet, but still want to experience an amazing weekend! You'll be responsible for finding your own accommodation, there are many great hotels in the area and if you need help choosing, we can assist you upon booking.

Schedule

To start this 3 day immersive retreat, we'll begin with an opening meditation that will set the tone for our entire weekend. Friday night is about arriving, brining your energy and we'll end the night with a fire ceremony, releasing all that we've brought with us and seeking to set fire to the new intentions we want to bring into the following days. Saturday we'll start with a powerful breathwork practice that calls you to work with the energy that's been stirring inside you. The beginning of Saturday is meant to be a 2 part workshop around releasing old, stuck, energy and emotion, leaving you feeling liberated and light! Saturday after brunch, we'll work with a somatic and HYFI Meditation practice that will be the pinnacle of the retreat and the inner work we'll be doing at the retreat. Mid afternoon we'll have a soft yoga flow and mystical sound bath (with ancient flutes from around the world) that will light you up! That evening dinner, and time to rest around the fire. Sunday we'll begin with Yoga class and brunch. then we'll close with a meditation offsite at a beautiful spot called Cave Point/Whitefish Dunes. This spot is right on the crystalline waters of Lake Michigan and the perfect place to embody the refreshed, lightness you created all weekend!

It was absolutely a beautiful weekend in every way! If you can do a retreat with Daniela, you’ll be absolutely blessed, and your life will be on a beautiful journey, going forward of peace and calm. Wanting Healing. I chose this retreat because it had frequency meditation and the opportunity to meet like-minded souls. I have so much peace within and so much clarity in my life right now. Blessed with a group of beautiful souls that I connected with, truly was an uplifting,life-changing weekend, and I am grateful and thankful.

Susie Case, United States

Daniela is an artist by nature and it overflows into every facet of the retreat. I experienced so much joy, laughter, and connection at this retreat and always felt so taken care of. This experience will live in my heart forever, and continues to offer me expansion as my journey unfolds.

Cara Erengey, United States

This latest retreat experience was curated by magnetic genius and will never be recreated. My favorite part was physically getting into each waterfall and the different accomplishments I felt personally in overcoming discomfort and embracing invigoration. Daniela’s bright eyes and warm smile, matched with a little sizzle and spunk make any experience comfortable, exciting and rewarding. If for any reason there is something you are feeling less than great about, she is there to help you hands on, with a solution.

Wren Thelen, United States

The work that Daniela does is surprising, intuitive, personal, and powerful.
