Retreat to the magical and ancient Labanoras Forest in Lithuania for a supportive and deeply held immersive inner listening experience, a journey into silence and the spaciousness within. Your Yoga Retreats founder, Pip, will lead the retreat. We have curated a truly unique retreat of forest bathing, sauna, ceremony, and deeply held space for our Silent Forest retreat. This retreat was created from a vision Pip received during a Vipassana silent meditation retreat. It was during her 5th Vipassana retreat with her teacher Burgs that Pip clearly received the calling to create a retreat, in an ancient forest, in a triangle house, to share the profound healing and insight of silent meditation. Less than a month after receiving this vision, the founders of Siaurys retreat reached out to Pip to offer their incredible location. It was exactly as Pip had envisioned. This is a land for the people who love nature and believe in its powers, who want to pause in the midst of the pace of life and feel the silence and healing power of the forest, as well as those who want to devote their time to self-development and inner discoveries. This retreat is gently curated for those new to a silent retreat experience and for anyone intrigued but hesitant about a 10-day Vipassana. The silence will be held for 48 hours, both the arrival day and the last day will have talking for intention, integration, and to share the experience. You’ll be held in a deeply nurturing retreat, amongst breathtaking nature, with additional daily support from Pip’s team of retreat assistants. Testimonial - Pip, thank you for holding space for such a profound experience of self-discovery and seeing answers within. The retreat took me to such a depth. Now, I can grasp the understanding of shadow work and self-discipline. This retreat reflected the work of a great mentor through a journey of healing. Every day was planned out with fine detail, to take the journey inwards, listening to the answers that lie within. Hours of meditation, some guided, silent sauna, dream journey, time for self-reflection, pine forests, nourishing meals - all contributed to the complete surrender, heart opening, and revealing love and compassion. I recommend this for anyone who is looking to slow down from a fast-paced lifestyle, reset, reflect, explore, do self-discovery, and do shadow work. Pip’s guidance will help you reach places you didn’t know existed. - JULIA Testimonial - Pip created a space unlike anything I’ve expected or experienced. A space where silence didn’t feel empty but full. Where I could meet myself without judgment, without noise, without pressure. Where the masks of all my shadow parts dropped, the truth surfaced, and all parts of me were welcomed. I didn't come with a specific question in mind - I simply needed a space to be. Pip created exactly this space: She held us — all of us — with a presence so grounded, so intentional, so deeply human. Her care could be felt in every detail, from the schedule to the soul-nourishing food, from the ceremonies to the way she saw and honoured each of us. This silent retreat has opened a new chapter for me. I left feeling more connected to myself, to nature, and to the quiet wisdom that’s been waiting for me all along. It was everything I didn’t know I needed — and so much more. I finally know what it truly means to hold space for oneself and each other. - TAMARA COACH Retreat and immerse yourself in nature, discovering the silent state of being. The daily rituals and practices will support you to go deeply within on this silent journey. Over 4 nights and 5 days, you’ll be held, nurtured, and supported to enter into the silent state of being.
