We are going back into the rainforest for a 4-day, 3-night retreat at Cabilla, a very beautiful special place deep in the wild of Bodmin Moor, Cornwall, to disconnect from the noise of the busy world around us, and reconnect to ourselves, nature, and each other. This will be our 6th retreat in this beautiful place. We'll be practicing daily yoga in the barn, going for wild walks and swims in the ancient temperate rainforest, enjoying a magical sound bath, relaxing, reading, resting, and eating delicious food by Beth the Free Range Chef. This retreat has been specifically designed for you to rest and re-connect, with yourself, nature and other lovely humans. Cabilla is a truly magical place designed to balance the nervous system, and leave you with a little more space in your body and mind, and calm in your soul.

Stay on retreat amid the wild beauty of Bodmin Moor in one of our off-grid Koyt cabins. Inspired by Cornish ‘Quoits’ (also called Dolmens or Cromlechs), which were a type of portal or spiritual chamber that date from the Neolithic period. We hope that our Koyts will help provide comfort and warmth whilst you connect and restore in the wild magic of Cabilla Cornwall.
