She believes the body is both an intricate system and an ancient messenger — offering truth and guidance through every movement, breath, and sensation. Rooted in curiosity, permission, and play, Anna’s approach invites a softening of the mind, an opening of the heart, and an honoring of the full range of our humanity. Marina Mendes An expert in creating safe space, Marina serves as a compassionate guide to meeting all of life with loving presence.
