Toadhall our retreat venue is nestled in a peaceful hamlet, just a five-minute stroll from dramatic cliff tops and hidden coves, perfect settings for mindfulness and meditation. Guests can enjoy the steady presence of peace and quite, with access to private beaches for refreshing wild swims close by. The rooms have been finished to a high standard, each with it's own individual character and charm.

Food is a very important part of your retreat and we take care to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for. Breakfast will usually consist of yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals, nuts, breads and eggs cooked to order, all served with unlimited tea and coffee. Lunch will feature a variety of salads, soup, cheeses and a delightful sweet treat of the day. The evening meal will offer a vegetarian dish, followed by a delicious dessert.
