Angela Wilken

Angela Wilken is a Mindfulness, Hatha & Yin Yoga teacher. After seeing the benefits that mindfulness and yoga brought to her life - being more productive and focused, improved business and personal relationships , less stress, improved well-being and the ability to remain calm when dealing with stressful situations - Angela decided to train as a mindfulness teacher and a few years later as a Hatha & Yin Yoga teacher. She has now established a retreat center in her home set in an idyllic coastal setting in North-East Scotland. Angela also runs retreats week long retreats on the Greek Island Zakynthos. When not hosting retreats, she regularly coaches mindfulness in the workplace, hosts one-to-one mindfulness sessions, teaches the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and has coached clients worldwide
