Soul Breath Meditation This meditation is designed to help you become more aware of the power and purpose of your breath.

Enjoying each inhale and each exhale.

Finding your gentle,

Natural rhythm.

Inhale and exhale.

Close your eyes and open into the world behind your eyes.

As you inhale and exhale.

Your breath connects your inner and outer worlds.

With each inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

We cannot control our lives,

But we can control our breath and how we respond to life.

As you inhale and exhale.

Breathe into your heart and feel your breath as it moves throughout your body.

Notice any tension anywhere.

As you inhale and exhale into that area.

Expand that space.

With each inhale and exhale.

Breathe into the wholeness of your being.

Breathe into the love for yourself in this moment.

As you inhale and exhale.

Freeing yourself with each breath.

Inhale and exhale.
