Today we are going to base our meditation on merit, and on attracting the abundance of everything good into our lives. Because you are deserving or deserving of everything, absolutely everything good that life offers you.

Only listen when you can safely relax and are able to get as comfortable as possible.

Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to reprogram your mind and activate your higher mind for success.

This guided meditation will boost your confidence and will help you fall asleep fast and effortlessly.

I'm going to ask you to find a quiet and comfortable space to lie down in a comfortable position.

Let's begin.

Please close your eyes.

And with your eyes closed,

Take a few deep breaths,

Making sure your inhalations are shorter than your exhalations.

And allow yourself to relax.

Relaxing the muscles on your face,

Relax your arms,

Relax your legs,

And relax the rest of your body.

That's it.

And as you breathe in,

And breathe out,

A warm and soothing light entering your body through your crown chakra,

Filling your body with this beautiful white light.

With each breath,

You expand and spread throughout your body,

Filling every cell and fiber of your being with this beautiful white light.

And that's it.

Continue breathing breathing and feeling how your body relaxes more and more.

Notice in your mind either any thoughts or worries that may be keeping you awake.

Take your time to observe and acknowledge these thoughts.

Accept these thoughts and worries without judgment.

What is your feelings and any tension or sensations in your body?

Notice if there are any emotional tensions.

Once again,

Acknowledge them without judging them.

That's it.

Now,

I want to ask you to think of a situation in which you felt that you lack confidence.

Notice any feelings or thoughts come to mind in response to this situation.

Notice what sensations and feelings are in your body as you think of this situation.

Take a moment to acknowledge these feelings and sensations and accept these feelings and thoughts.

Without judgment.

That's it.

You're going to shift the energy of this moment by imagining yourself in that same situation but this time with a sense of confidence and power.

That's it.

Notice how your body transforms.

It feels now.

Notice how your thoughts and beliefs shift in response to this new way of seeing life.

Take your time visualizing yourself in this more confident state.

Imagining yourself talking with confidence,

Moving with confidence.

Allow yourself to fully experience these feelings of confidence and power.

What does it feel like?

How does it feel on your body?

Is there anything that could stop you from feeling confident and powerful?

And how do you overcome that?

Acknowledge what feelings or thoughts come to mind without judging them.

That's it.

Yourself in a peaceful and calm place.

Preferably a place where you can feel the energy of your body and your thoughts.

Preferably a place that you know arises feelings of well-being in your body free from any stress or anxiety.

Again,

Shift in response to this peaceful environment that activates your higher mind for success.

That's it.

Continue and take the next few minutes to visualize yourself in this calm,

Peaceful state,

Allowing yourself to fully relax and unwind any tension in your body.

Breathing in,

Experiencing this moment and this wonderful feeling of serenity allowing your body to relax even more.

There's no need to pay attention anymore.

As you slowly drift off to sleep,

Continuing to breathe,

Breathing in,

Continuing to experience this beautiful,

Peaceful environment and you're in this beautiful feeling of well-being.

And notice if there are any thoughts or worries left and simply acknowledge them and let them pass effortlessly.

Feeling your breath entering you as the peacefulness intensifies.

Feeling your whole body drifting off into a just full sleep.

Your subconscious mind continue to work on reprogramming your confidence and empower for success.

Sleeping for as long as you like,

Knowing you can always come back to the present at any time of your choosing you'll feel more energized,

More alive than ever,

Taking a few moments to stretch your body and ground yourself before continuing with your day.

Continue to rest and enjoy these moments of peace and relaxation that you can always come back,

Practice this meditation to help you boost your confidence and fall asleep with ease.
