Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this guided meditation,

A Moment of Relaxation.

Thank you for taking the time to listen and welcome to this moment of relaxation.

Begin by settling in a spot where you can arrange your body in a way that feels most soothing for you,

In a place where you won't be disturbed,

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

That's it.

Now take several nice,

Long,

Deep breaths.

As you breathe in,

Feel the cool air coming into your body and the soothing,

Warm air flowing out of your body,

Letting all your thoughts float away,

Focusing only on your breath.

That's it.

Now,

Mentally scan your body for any tension.

If you find any,

Let it melt away with every out-breath.

Continue to focus on your breath,

Feeling more comfortable with each breath.

That's it.

And now,

In your mind's eye,

See yourself descending a beautiful wooden stairway towards a beautiful beach.

With each step,

Feel tension melting away.

Notice the bright white sand stretching down the shoreline and the deep blue ocean with white crested waves.

At the end of the stairway,

Step into the warm,

Soothing sand.

Rub the sand between your toes,

Feeling relaxation melt through your body.

The sounds of the waves crashing calm your mind.

You walk slowly towards the water,

Feeling the warm sun on your face and the smell of the salty sea air.

At the water's edge,

You invite the waves to flow over your feet.

The cool water feels soft and comforting.

As you gaze at the horizon,

You notice two seagulls soaring above the ocean,

Their cries becoming faint as they glide away.

You let them go and relax more,

Breathing in and breathing out.

As you continue to stroll down the beach at the water's edge,

You feel a gentle breeze touching your face and more with each step,

Noticing the sights,

Listening to the sounds around you,

Feeling the sun,

The breeze and the sand beneath your feet.

In the distance,

You can see a colorful beach chair in a peaceful spot and so you approach it.

You sit down,

You lie back and settle in,

Taking a long,

Deep breath.

Breathing slowly out,

Feeling even more relaxed as you continue to enjoy the beautiful scenery and a peaceful sunset.

Continuing to enjoy the sights and sounds of this beautiful place,

The beach,

The beautiful sunset for as long as you want.

You're welcome to stay here for as long as you like.

You're also welcome to let go and drift off into a deep sleep.

This is your spot and will always be here,

Available to you whenever you want to come back and whenever you feel the need to find some comfort and peace of mind.

And when you're ready to go back to your life,

You'll be able to do so,

Feeling in control,

More confident,

Full of life,

More energized and ready to continue your day,

Still feeling nice and comfortable.

My voice will leave you now,

Thank you for listening,

And talk to you soon.

Rest,

Sleep.
