My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to fall asleep fast,
Relax and eliminate insomnia.
In this meditation,
We're going to work on practicing eliminating insomnia.
For this meditation,
I'm going to ask you to follow the instructions effortlessly.
I'm going to ask you to find a place where no one is going to interrupt you,
Whether in your bed,
A floor,
Or leaning on a chair or a couch.
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
What's important is that it is a place where you can relax and where you can rest.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
That's it.
In a few seconds,
We'll begin to practice deep relaxation.
That will help fight insomnia.
When we suffer from insomnia,
We are suffering from a large number of ideas,
Thoughts,
And mental images that come to mind without control and that can stop us from sleeping peacefully.
There are times when,
When we have worries that make us lose sleep,
And it is possible that our mind and body is stressed by work,
By countless things that happen to us every day when we are tense.
It is difficult to relax and rest.
Perhaps we are afraid of some situation or we feel despair due to physical pain or emotional tension.
The good news is that we can fix all of this through our breath.
So,
I'm going to ask you to take a deep breath in.
That's it.
And now,
Release the air.
That's it.
Now,
Take another deep breath in and let the air out.
Perfect.
And now,
I'm going to ask you to breathe normally,
Calmly.
That's it.
And we're going to release the air.
Remember a time in your life when you felt rested.
Perhaps a time where you were in a very nice place that made you feel good,
Very good.
That's it.
And now,
Can you remember a moment where you felt very good while you were laying down on a bed?
Perhaps it was recently or not so recently.
And as you remember that moment,
Can you feel your toes relaxing and your leg muscles?
Can you feel them relaxing more and more as in the fingers of your right hand and the fingers of your left hand?
Continue breathing naturally and effortlessly,
Calmly and comfortably.
And if you don't feel more comfortable now or more relaxed,
Don't worry.
You don't always have to feel something right away.
Perhaps two or three more minutes will have to pass before you start to feel more comfortable.
Because it is possible that you're still getting ideas,
Thoughts,
Mental images,
Worries,
Unpleasant emotions,
Etc,
Etc.
But just as they come,
These ideas,
Thoughts,
Mental images,
Worries,
Unpleasant emotions,
Etc,
They can also leave and move away at any time.
Imagine that it's like the seasons of the year.
We have spring,
Summer,
Autumn,
And winter.
And when winter comes and it is cold,
We might think that it will always be cold.
However,
Sooner or later,
Winter must end.
And spring arrives with its warmth and the climate changes.
And in the same way,
You may suffer from insomnia for a few days or a few years.
However,
This doesn't mean that the person who suffers from this,
This doesn't mean that the person will suffer from insomnia for the rest of their life.
Even insomnia can disappear if you continue breathing naturally,
Calmly,
And without effort.
Continue breathing naturally and without effort while you imagine a baby that just went to sleep and observe deeply with great inner peace without worries,
Without effort.
You notice how his or her tummy moves every time this baby inhales and how when he or she releases the air,
Goes down to his or her tummy.
And it is quite obvious to you how this baby is enjoying a deep and pleasant sleep.
This rest is essential for important development and growth.
A baby needs good sleep to recover and rest a deep sleep where you can sleep releasing your entire body completely.
As this will help you grow healthier and stronger.
An adult is the same.
Adults also need sleep to have a healthy mind and maintain a healthy body by sleeping deeply.
We are recovering our energy.
Recharging our batteries.
This is why a baby sleeps in his bed or her bed and rests deeply because he or she needs to sleep with his or her eyes closed.
And while his or her body sleeps,
His or her body is developing and filling with energy and recharging its energy.
This baby is apparently motionless and doing nothing.
However,
Inside his or her body there are infinite masses that are working during the night to heal every cell and every organ in his or her body.
It is as if it were a repair shop where hundreds of workers are repairing their bodies.
They are processing food and transforming the energy into something that the body can use.
They are working so that the liver,
The lungs,
The intestines,
The lungs are responsible for distributing oxygen to each part of the body.
The heart is responsible for distributing blood to each part of the body.
The liver is responsible for purifying the blood to all of these parts that are working in synchronicity to keep the baby's body alive.
And although the baby is apparently asleep,
It really isn't.
And in this way,
The baby grows healthier and with greater energy.
That is why it is important to sleep like a baby,
Allowing the workshop that we have internally to do its work,
Allowing each part of our body to do what it has to do for our body to function optimally.
And this workshop works better when we close our eyes and release our body completely.
Because we can relax even more.
And by relaxing our muscles even more,
Blood can circulate throughout the body more easily.
And this will help our body to get more oxygen and be more healthy and filled with energy.
And this will help you stay healthier and feel much,
Much better.
Continue breathing naturally and without effort,
Whether you are sleepy or not.
Simply breathe comfortably and effortlessly,
Letting go of your arms and legs without effort.
Letting go of your entire body so that the workshop inside of you can do a better job by not having unnecessary distractions.
Inhaling and exhaling so that your muscles relax and your blood purifies even more,
Making your body healthier and more comfortable.
And by not moving your body and letting it go,
We are giving these workers the opportunity to do what is the right time to sleep.
It could be in a few seconds or in a few minutes.
For now,

And now,
You can feel as if your right leg is about to fall asleep.
And you can also feel your left leg as if it's very sleepy and is about to fall asleep.
You can also feel like they are about to go to sleep.
If you want,
You can also imagine as if every cell in your body is yawning.
Your fingers on your hands are yawning,
Your back,
Your hips,
Your chest,
Your facial muscles,
Your whole body yawning.
Every cell in your body and every internal organ putting itself to rest.

The body's organs always continue to function because everything works all the time.
Even if we don't notice it,
Your liver continues to function,
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Your whole body works.
And it won't continue to work however.
Now,
It will work more relaxed and effortlessly since that is what sleeping does.
We close our eyes and no longer pay attention to the things of life.
We simply relax.
We disconnect calmly and effortlessly.
Rest comfortably and effortlessly,
Calmly and letting inner peace expand more and more a deep relaxation that will expand more and more feeling great peace and tranquility.
It's as if you were preparing to start having a really nice dream and dreaming really nice things.
Breathing naturally and breathing like a baby breathes.
You are fast asleep comfortably happy as a baby sleeping and resting without paying attention to anything specific just breathing comfortably.
Inhaling and exhaling beginning to rest comfortably regardless of whether you fall asleep or not and either way you will be resting at any moment without effort and my voice will leave you so as to not distract you and let you enjoy these moments so that you can enter into a deeper and more pleasant relaxation.
Your body will be calmer and with a comfort that will grow with each minute that passes by and you'll stay like this enjoying these moments resting more and more deeply.
