Welcome to your guided meditation.
Before we begin,
Make sure your environment is quiet and somewhere you will not be disturbed.
Now sit up straight and roll your shoulders back or lie down in a comfortable position.
Allow for your body to relax.
Take one deep breath in and exhale.
Take a longer,
Deeper breath in to the count of 5 and firmly exhale.
Quiet your mind.
Put aside your worries for right now.
Continue with breathing in another slow,
Deep inhale and releasing the breath with a firm exhale.
Pay attention to your breath as you do this.
Feel the air as it enters your lungs.
Choose a colour and focus on this colour filling your body from head to toe.
Continue breathing as your body relaxes.
Release any tension you can detect as you exhale.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your eyelids.
Soften your entire face.
Take another deep breath as you relax the neck and shoulders.
Relax your elbows and hands.
Your fingers.
Continue breathing as you release tension from your back.
Your stomach.
Relax your legs and thighs.
Feel any tension to leave your body.
Take a few more breaths until your body feels almost like it has melted.
Focus yourself with whoever you want to be with right now.
One of your angels,
Your guides,
A departed loved one,
Even a trusted friend or family member.
See and feel this person or being beside you right now.
They are holding a safe space for you right now for you to release emotions that hold you back or keep you stuck.
Those emotions that do not serve you,
Whether you are aware of what they are or not.
Now visualize them beginning to spread a warm,
Soft glowing light around your physical body.
Your energy field.
Hear them whisper in your ear.
You are safe.
I am with you.
That will be okay.
You are okay.
You are enough.
You are not alone.
We will do this together.
Allow yourself to be open and to receive their kind and loving words as many times as needed until your mind and body feel a deep sense of peace and comfort.
Now gently recall an old or recent emotional stress.
Feel this energy that is in your mind and body.
Hear the loving words from your guide.
Know that you are protected and safe as you do this.
What is weighing you down?
Where do you feel stuck?
Think of what you need to release that is keeping you from peace of mind.
Know that you are in a safe place as you now begin to scan your body for any pain or discomfort.
Take a minute by yourself and scan from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.
As you scan,
On your exhales,
Release the burden of these thoughts,
Feelings and experiences.
Moulding.
You Visualize all these emotional and physical feelings.
Rising from your mind and body.
Imagine seeing them flow out of your hands.
Imagine seeing them flow out of your feet.
Feel the release.
Visualize the release.
Sense the release in every part of your being.
Now as these emotions poured out of you.
Feel yourself being so much more relaxed,
Calm and secure.
Your mind is more at ease.
The feelings are floating far away from your heart center.
As these feelings float away,
See your guide gathering them in between their hands.
Forming it into a ball of energy.
Twirling,
Moving in between their hands.
As they smile at you to remind you that you are safe and supported.
Visualize them to bless this ball of light.
See them lift their hands and the ball up and release it into the sky.
The shining ball of light rising higher and higher into the cosmos.
Until it transforms into a bright star.
You feel cleansed,
Transformed and so calm.
If it resonates with you,
You can take a moment to express your gratitude for the experience of these feelings.
The lessons learned from them.
The wisdom and understanding received.
Now,
Together.
We are calling in the source energy for healing to replace the emotions and feelings you released with healing energy of pure light and high vibrations.
Feel the healing energy move down into your body from the top of your head.
Energy going down into your face,
Your neck,
Travelling down into the shoulders,
All the way down into the arms,
Down to the fingers.
Feel the healing energy of light going down into your chest.
All the way down to your hips.
Feel it continue travelling down your legs.
All the way down to your toes.
Your whole body is now filled with divine healing light and energy.
Feel it warming,
Healing and expanding throughout your being.
Allow the light to bring peace and healing.
Feel refreshed,
Feel empowered.
Now bring your attention to the outside of your body,
Just outside of your skin.
Now moving closer,
Feel the skin wrapping your body.
Now move your focus inside of your body.
Deepen your breath slightly.
Feel it moving up and down.
Allow for the toes and fingers to move,
To flicker gently.
Stretch your ankles and wrists.
Let yourself move your legs and your arms.
Lift your arms above your head.
Stretch it,
Stretch your feet.
Feel the energy coming back into you.
Now blink your eyes open.
Feel the positive shift in your whole being.
Now move a little bit closer.
