This is Rasa.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

This guided meditation will pave a path to pure relaxation and deep nourishing sleep.

While you rest,

Law of attraction will work for you at a subconscious level and will help you to manifest your deepest desires.

All you need to do is follow my voice.

If your mind wanders at all,

Just turn your attention back to the sound of my voice.

It's ok to fall asleep.

Now close your eyes.

Breathe in deeply through your nose,

Expanding your lungs and then breathe out fully through your mouth.

Repeat,

Counting the breath in on the inhalation.

1,

2,

3,

4.

Hold the breath for a count of 1,

2 and now release,

Exhaling the breath out,

Counting 1,

2,

3,

4.

Now that your breathing becomes rhythmic and natural.

In out.

In out.

Smooth,

Even breathing.

Bring awareness to your body as you relax into your position.

If laying down,

Feel your body connecting with a bed or floor.

Feel your spine being supported.

Find any tension within your body.

Focus on those areas as if shining a spotlight over your body.

And on your soft exhale,

Invite the tension to leave your body.

For yourself.

You are now connecting to the inner you.

Move your attention to your feet.

Relax ankles and feet.

In and release.

Embrace the deep sense of relaxation.

Let your feet drop outwards to the sides.

Fully relaxed.

Turn your attention to the muscles of the legs.

Fits the calf muscles and the knees.

Hold the tension all the way through the thighs.

Hold and release.

Your legs will gradually start to feel heavier as muscular tension dissipates and you let go.

Allow a deep sense of relaxation to wash over you.

Move your attention to your buttocks,

Tense it and release.

Feel the difference as the muscles of the body begin to yield.

Scan your back for any tension that may be stored within the muscles.

Breathe in deeply,

Highlighting muscular tension.

Release it on the out-breath.

Move your attention to the shoulders.

If you need to,

Lifting them towards the ears and then releasing them.

Relax the shoulder blades moving further down the spine as you create space.

The deep healing sense of relaxation floods your body,

Replenishing every cell with each breath you take.

Let this feeling of inner peace and harmony to spread throughout your body.

Continue checking the abdomen,

Softening and releasing any inner tension.

As you breathe in deeply and exhale,

Feel your body to sink more deeply into the surface beneath you.

Relaxing,

Your body becoming heavier.

Free your mind.

Let your body become heavy.

You are sinking deeper into the surface beneath you.

Now scan your chest.

Feel it rise and fall as you breathe in and out.

Visualise the neck,

The scalp and your smooth forehead.

Feel the sense of peace flooding over you.

All concerns just drifting away.

Let the mouth fall open slightly and release the jaw.

You are calm.

You are peaceful.

You are centred.

Inhale deeply,

Visualising the air a blue healing colour.

Draw that colour into your lungs,

Into your diaphragm.

Feel a darker blue,

As if all the inner tension is dissipating,

Leaving the body,

Leaving you so much lighter.

Inhale blue healing air once more.

Let it fill your lungs.

Feel it healing every cell.

Then release.

Visualise that darker blue taking all the tension away.

Feel more space created within.

So peaceful.

Open your mind.

Feel more space between the thoughts.

You have no preconceptions.

Your mind is open.

You are relaxed.

Your conscious mind is the gateway.

This opens you up to all that you desire.

The law of attraction is powerful.

It is consistent.

It is the law.

You can use it to manifest all that you desire in life.

This could be deep,

Nurturing sleep.

It may be love,

Laughter or success.

The choice is yours.

Choose to believe to have faith in this process.

Be light and clear in your thoughts.

Give yourself and your mind all that you need in this moment.

Now,

Staying so calm,

So tranquil.

As you relax deeper,

Continue listening to the sound of my voice.

Even if you grow tired and move into a dreamlike state,

My words will reach you.

Now visualise yourself sitting on top of a hill.

The night sky above you is endlessly dark with glowing stars that give insight into the vastness of this universe.

Away from the street lights,

Here the darkness seems deeper.

Gaze up at the night sky in awe.

The full moon feels almost in reach.

You feel small under the intensity of the moon.

It casts a silver glow as if healing.

The atmosphere here is soothing.

You feel protected.

Even stretching out your fingers out to the sky as if to pluck a star.

Feel the stretch as you do so.

This connection of energy from you to the universe.

Your mind is aligned to the beauty of the natural world.

The stars,

So bright,

So many.

Hundreds of glowing dotted lights in the vastness of space.

And you,

Tall trees invisible in the darkness,

Frame the top of the hill.

A natural screen.

The trees rustle in the breeze.

You are so relaxed.

You feel connected to this place,

Yourself and the vastness of the sky,

The universe.

Feeling so peaceful in this special place right now.

Repeat these words with meaning to yourself.

I am at one with the universe.

My conscious mind and subconscious mind are connected.

I believe in the power of the universe.

I am content.

I am relaxed.

There is a tranquility here.

The breeze ripples the grass around you and teases your skin.

It is so soothing.

A shooting star travels the night sky.

Hundreds of stars above you twinkling now.

Your own light show.

Your eyes are deeply resting.

Waves of tiredness and contentment wash over you.

So safe.

This is a place of serenity.

Let all thoughts dissipate.

You are relaxed.

With every breath your body relaxes.

Breathing deeper into the ground beneath you.

Here in this place you feel a part of the universe.

You are connected.

You feel a deep sense of peace washing over you.

There is no ending and no beginning.

You are whole.

As you relax contentment washes over you.

Let it all go.

As you breathe in you breathe out the past and welcome in the new.

Your eyelids are so heavy.

Your body growing heavier and more relaxed with each second.

Life is just drifting slowly.

Everything matters.

You are at peace.

You feel so contented.

Life is changing for the better.

Consider what you want.

Visualize it.

Let the images come to mind as if a dream.

Consider why you want this.

Feel the need within and align your desire.

Visualize the moment when you have your deepest wishes.

Savour that moment.

Feel it in every fibre of your being.

Let it resonate within.

Doesn't it make you feel good?

Believe in it.

Hold it within your mind.

Make it tangible,

Strong,

Defined.

Feel gratitude to flood through your being.

Now send your message of your wish up towards the sky.

The breeze picks up your thoughts and casts them upwards.

Your thoughts,

Your intent,

Your desires.

Play back beneath the stars.

The warm air teasing your skin.

Your body relaxed upon a blanket of grass.

Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper onto the surface beneath you.

You feel so comfortable,

So at peace here.

Getting sleepy.

Your body relaxing further.

The sky blanket overhead.

Let your attention drift.

Be relaxed,

Peaceful.

Begin from 10 to 1 and with each number your body becomes more and more relaxed.

Feeling content.

Drifting away.

Eyes so tired.

Deeply relaxed.

Tension dissipates.

Arms and legs so heavy.

Drifting deeper and deeper.

So tired.

So relaxed.

There is just you and the universe interconnected in perfect harmony.

Feel the stillness within.

Let the rhythm of your breath lull you into a deeper sense of contentment.

So relaxed.

So at peace.

Waves of pure energy within you,

Around you.

Positive energy.

With your deepest desires your body becomes heavier,

Weightless,

Totally relaxed.

Sleep.

Falling asleep.

Deep sleep.

Let it all go.

Falling asleep.

You are at peace.

You are calm.

You are at one with the universe.

Relax in the dreamlike state.

There are no cares in the world.

Your eyelids feel so heavy.

Sleep continues to come over you.

You feel yourself drifting.

Sinking.

Relaxing.

Give in to the sensation.

These words will still resonate with your subconscious mind.

These words will fill you with positivity.

Sinking.

So very relaxed.

So calm.

So very peaceful.

So at one with your place within the world.

You will continue to feel so very relaxed and at peace while sleeping.

You will absorb these messages and the universe will hear your deepest desires.

The universe is working for you.

Be at peace.

Somebody is so relaxed as deep slumber embraces you.

Let all thoughts go now.

Sleep well.

Take a breath away.
