Alright,
Alright,
Recording on.
So first I want you to thank yourself for just opening this app and coming here.
That's why I love this world of self-development because it's you who's choosing to do this,
It's something inside you which wants to know more,
Which wants to be better.
We don't get taught in school to go and find this truth within ourselves and improve ourselves in this way,
Right?
Yeah,
Okay,
Let's be good at geography,
Let's be good at maths equations,
Let's be good at putting these potions into your science thing experiment and making a science experiment.
Yeah,
That's quite fun to be fair,
That one specifically.
But the world of self-improvement,
Spirituality,
Creating change,
We don't really get taught that.
So you have to discover that for yourself and you can't get it from anyone else.
And when I say that,
I mean you can't just like buy it,
You can't just say,
Okay,
Let me go and just purchase this thing and then everything's here,
I've got everything I need.
No,
You have to work on it,
You have to develop it.
So thank yourself for coming here first,
For even being interested,
Right?
Even if you think that,
Oh,
I'm,
Yeah,
There's so many challenges in my life,
I'm in a bad place.
Maybe you don't think that,
But if you are,
Like the fact that you're actually just looking,
Looking for something more,
That's,
That's intention.
And that will help you for sure.
So I want you to just,
Before I continue,
To just pause right now,
Almost in reverence of just this life experience.
The fact that you've taken this time.
Just listen to your breath,
Let those words sink in that I just said.
And just be here in this moment.
Not doing anything.
Just being here.
Listen to your breath.
Be aware of your body.
Be aware of some sounds around you.
Some feelings.
Maybe some thoughts are appearing right now.
Just be aware of everything.
Being the being mode.
And find a little spark inside you.
That spark which knows that it's alive.
Beyond thoughts.
Beyond the physical.
Just that little fire inside you.
Okay.
So let's begin.
So today's session is all about transformation.
So first before I begin,
I want you to tell me in the chat,
What does transformation mean to you?
Just what comes up when you hear that word?
When you hear me just saying,
Yeah,
We're going to talk about that.
What comes up to you?
Changing behaviors and thoughts.
Awakening.
Self awareness.
Yeah.
Better place.
Freedom to change.
Yeah.
Improving one's life through opening to the larger reality of goodness.
That's always available.
I love that.
Okay.
So here's the thing.
Like transformation is such a powerful word for me.
Because it,
Yeah,
Every said changing and making things better.
Growing.
That's what this thing is about.
And there's this thing inside us which wants to grow all the time.
Like there's this talk about peace.
And peace for me isn't being violent or having no worries or nothing to do.
Peace for me is being capable.
Being strong.
Being able to handle everything.
And creating a life that has no regrets.
Peace is when you hear these thoughts that challenge you,
You're able to summon something deeper inside you which overpowers those thoughts.
Is creating something.
So when I say transformation,
It includes a lot of things.
It includes peace.
Includes presence which I just spoke about.
It includes lighting up that fire inside you,
That life force.
It includes being comfortable being you.
And that's a big part as well.
Being grounded in yourself.
And then it also includes growing and achieving things as well,
Right?
Achieving things you didn't think were possible.
Tackling your fears.
And there's this word that's going around a lot these days.
And you probably see it a lot on Inside Timer.
The word manifestation.
I don't know if it's just me,
Maybe it's because I'm tuned into that.
But I see this word manifestation a lot everywhere,
Everywhere I go.
And really it means to create something,
Right?
Means to create.
But what I'm noticing is that sometimes it can get lost.
Like the true power of it can be lost.
For example,
Using affirmations that you don't believe and just sitting there repeating them.
Oh,
Okay.
I am great.
I am great.
I am great.
I am great.
I am great.
That for me doesn't seem like the best use of time.
Yes,
It probably is useful.
It makes you feel good.
But all I'm saying is there's better ways to do this.
Affirmations and certain rituals.
This is what I'm seeing manifestation being shown as in a lot of communities.
And it just makes me think like,
What's going on?
And here's why.
Because we have this creative power inside of us,
This force.
Like if you think about it,
We have organs which are used to create other humans.
We can create other humans.
We have that power inside of us.
Is there.
It's physically there.
But then there's this something else which is there.
This power of creation.
So if you try and use your head to try and manifest stuff and you're trying to use it from a head mode,
It doesn't work.
It does not work.
It's a waste of time.
If it's just using your head,
Being thought based only,
Doesn't work.
Your whole energy has to be aligned.
That creative energy you have,
That has to be aligned.
Using the thought based stuff might be useful.
I'm still saying that.
But I like to take things to the highest level to get the best bang for your buck.
So your energy has to be aligned.
And what I mean is you have to create energy.
You have to summon this creative force inside you.
Like I said,
We have organs that are used to create humans.
Like if you think it's as simple as a biological thing,
It's not.
Like you're making a life.
It's not just,
Hey,
There's the sperm and the egg and there's a human created.
Think about what that actually is.
It's insane.
It's not just biological.
There's a force inside you that created you.
Created everything,
Right?
Plants.
Something made everything.
There's no denying that.
I don't even call this spiritual because this is logical.
There's no denying that something created everything.
We live in this place,
In this modern world where we're in houses,
We can walk into a fridge and say,
Oh,
Food.
Okay,
Great food.
We have water coming out of our taps.
But seriously,
Like this stuff came,
Like where does this come from?
Some creative force made it.
And then we have this creative force to make humans,
Right?
So that's where I'm starting this talk.
That energy's inside you.
So how do you awaken it?
How do you use it really?
For me it's been,
I'll go into my background a bit here.
Anyone's not come to my talks before.
I think that's always useful to just spend a few minutes saying.
I was stuck in head mode for my whole life,
Actually.
Head and fear mode,
Let's say.
Thinking everything's logical,
Thinking I have to understand and I have to change my thoughts and I have to analytically solve things using my head.
And that caused me a ton of anxiety.
I just,
I had a,
Like,
Let's call it social anxiety.
That's the term that's used.
And that's definitely what I labeled it as.
Social anxiety.
I couldn't be around people.
I avoided everything I could.
And I just didn't have any confidence in myself,
Really.
I felt rejected as a person.
I felt like I was a rejected being.
Like I was born and I had problems.
And that was the end of my life.
I didn't fit in.
And I found out that was all these things that had happened during my childhood.
Certain things that were said to me,
Certain people around me.
And it created this,
Like,
Rejection mode.
So my energy throughout my whole life was fear based.
It was I'm in fear.
I'm in danger.
With that kind of energy,
You can't,
You can't create much change,
Right?
Because you're always looking out,
Like,
For the danger.
So I got into health and fitness.
That helped a little bit.
But really what helped me was getting into yoga.
Yogic practice and meditation.
Working with my breath as well.
Because what I started realizing was,
Like,
I got this,
This,
Like,
Thing inside me,
Which,
Oh,
Yeah,
I do this thing and then I feel calm.
I feel like more able to see things,
You know,
Just calmer,
Let's say,
After meditation.
Maybe some of you can relate.
Especially in Shavasana,
Right?
Laying down on the floor and you're like,
Oh,
Like,
Why don't I ever feel like this?
Why is it that I only feel like this during Shavasana?
Can anyone relate?
Tell me,
Tell me if it was just me.
So I used to feel calm and I was like,
This is a feeling that I can't experience anywhere else in my life.
And then also,
Like,
Certain practices of yoga allowed me to feel fired up,
Like,
Really pumped.
And again,
I was like,
I don't really feel this in any other area of my life.
Yeah,
Lifting weights actually did that quite a lot,
But it left a residue of,
Like,
Of rage,
Let's say,
Of just like,
You know,
Brute energy,
Let's say.
So a lot of men are walking around aggressive.
They're pent up.
So yeah,
Yoga just was the thing for me that made me aware of this energy inside me.
And I kept on practicing like,
And just continuing and it's been like seven years since I started.
And what I realized was I have this power inside me to create energy.
It's not just,
Hey,
I turn up to a class and then all of a sudden by random,
I feel calm.
I started like owning that.
I started practicing on my own,
Experimenting,
Seeing,
Okay,
If I do these breathing things,
What happens?
I didn't know what I was doing at all.
I was just trying things.
And I started doing more like breath techniques.
And it started like flooding my system.
I didn't understand it for a long time.
Then I realized that it was this creative energy working through me.
It was just flooding me.
And even still,
For the longest time,
I used to just almost like get high off my own supply.
I used to just do things just to get high and I'd be like,
Oh,
I feel amazing.
Oh,
Look,
I need another yoga class.
I need to do more of this breathing because I feel amazing off it.
So good.
So nice.
So I was just getting high off my own supply.
Can anyone relate to that?
I don't know.
Maybe it's just me.
It gets addictive,
Right?
And this relaxation,
It feels great as well.
That's awesome.
Like doing these things is awesome because it reduces anxiety.
It gets you out of the mind.
So these kind of things,
Meditation,
Yoga,
It's great because it fuels you.
And I've got an event next week,
Which is all is called Body as a Tool for Transformation.
So if you want to come,
Come to that.
I'll go into more depth.
But anyway,
Just to summarize that point.
I realized I had this creative energy in me.
So then I just started using it,
Channeling it into something else.
Because it's like you get a cup,
Then you fill it up.
But then you're just like,
Hi,
And then it just disappears over time and your day just eats it up,
Right?
And I became so sensitive as well.
I'd have a conversation with someone and they'd say something I didn't like and I'd just be so angry instantly because the creative energy is flowing through me and it's just sparks.
It's just fire everywhere.
So I started realizing these patterns.
So then I changed like what I'm doing after I feel this energy.
Using it,
Right?
Using it.
Initially,
It was just,
Okay,
I'm going to read books.
I'm going to write stuff in the morning after I've made this energy.
So going into these like trances almost and just like writing things down that I couldn't write in any other time of day because I was just so inspired.
And reading books like speed reading and absorbing every ounce of it and still remembering it after weeks because I was using this energy now,
Right?
And then I started working on myself in the mornings after I generated this.
So you see where I'm taking this?
If you have created your energy inside,
Then you can manifest stuff because it's a bodily thing now.
It's a bodily and spiritual thing now.
There's no logic needed.
It's illogical actually.
You don't need to think it through.
You don't need to think,
Oh,
Okay,
I want this thing.
I need to think about it so much.
It's just like feeling inside.
So that's the first principle that I want to talk about today is generate the right energy.
If you want to create any change,
You have to have some fuel in the tank.
If you don't,
Then you're screwing yourself up.
I'm not saying you need to go and do a crazy yoga routine.
I'm just saying something,
Right?
Something.
Something that gives you a bit of a,
Fills you up a little bit.
Maybe it's a 10 minute little meditation or something,
Right?
What's your thoughts,
Guys?
I'll put it here in the chat before I continue.
That's my first principle.
And all these things I haven't,
I've just made up myself.
I'm not,
I haven't got this from anyone.
This is just things that I believe in that have worked for me.
And I always say like when I'm doing these calls,
I don't plan what I'm going to say.
I just show up and speak from here because I don't need to plan anything.
This is just coming from me,
Right?
It's like if I was to ask you,
What was your last birthday like?
You would be able to tell me.
So that's,
That's what I wanted to say for,
For the first bit.
Energy.
What's your thoughts on that guys?
Energy for creating an energy.
Imagine you're in like fear mode and you're worrying and you're like,
Oh no,
No,
I want to create this change but yeah,
I'm just,
I just feel so tired and I just feel so tired and I'm,
I can't,
Got no feeling,
No buzz inside me to do this.
Of course it's not going to happen.
No matter how many affirmations you write.
So your body has to be aligned.
Alright 78 people here.
If you've just joined,
Nice to see you.
Nice to have you.
Hope you're having a good day.
Alright,
I'm going to move on.
So first thing,
If you want to create transformation,
Align your energy.
And when I'm working with someone,
I sometimes get them to do this energy audit.
I sit down with them face to face on zoom anyway,
Usually.
And I say,
What are the things that are lighting you up?
What are the things that are taking your energy away?
We'll go through those one by one.
Everything in your entire life we'll audit.
The drainers and the fillers.
And then one by one,
Over time we'll start removing those drainers and we'll start creating more fillers.
Or sometimes we'll turn the drainers into fillers.
Imagine that.
Imagine what's possible from there.
Because this thing with manifestation,
I don't think it's a passive job.
You have to work on it.
Like if you really want the things to happen,
If you're ready to own it and you're like yeah I'm going to make this happen.
Then yeah you have to do these kind of things like check your energy.
So,
That's the first thing.
Yeah and not,
Leela says not fighting but flowing with life.
Yeah if you fight life,
It doesn't like that.
Life doesn't like that.
And here's the thing,
Like,
Yeah you know what,
This is a great moment actually.
I'm glad you said that Leela.
Because one thing I've learned about this topic of manifestation,
I don't really use that word but I'm just using it right now.
It's like asking for something.
It's like getting mode.
It's like I want this,
Give me this,
Give me this.
Asking the god or asking the higher power,
Give me this.
If you're asking in that way,
Like what are the chances?
Give me,
Give me,
Give me,
Give me,
Give me.
I want,
I want,
I want.
If you align to it and you start like walking beside this higher power,
Then it works.
It meets you halfway.
If you're in this passive mode of like,
Please something come and help,
Help please,
Help.
It doesn't work.
It's just like asking and asking and asking.
But if you're fighting it,
If you're in you mode and you're not like really aligning to this higher power and connecting to it,
It doesn't work.
And I've tried.
I've tried to pray.
I've tried to do everything.
I've tried to visualize stuff.
In the end,
Like you have to flow with life.
You can't ask life to bend for you.
If they're aligned to that energy that's coming through you.
So question,
Okay there's a question there.
Debbie.
How do you change the drainers into fillers?
Okay let me just write that down.
Hold on.
Oops.
So,
If you ask yourself honestly what is draining?
And let's say,
I don't know,
Let's say a family member.
This is a good one.
I'm sure all of you can relate to this.
Let's say a family member is like you're around them and you're feeling this energy that's draining you.
How can you turn that into a filler?
And that's a question back at you first.
That's what I usually do.
I'll ask a question to the person.
But if you ask me,
Because this has happened to me as well,
How do I change that to a filler?
I look at them as a person.
I feel the love that I do have for them even if they can be annoying.
And then I consciously own the relationship.
I do what I can do to make this a better relationship.
I take the lead instead of it being an automatic pattern of events.
Owning it.
Maybe it's not that easy in this example of family.
Whatever it is.
Let's say another drainer is,
I don't know,
Your sleep patterns.
And you feel like you're not sleeping well.
You can change that into a filler,
Can't you?
And I'm not saying everything that's a drainer can be turned into a filler.
Maybe you're eating too much food that makes you sleepy.
Maybe the food that makes you sleepy,
Yeah,
You can't change.
Maybe you can change what you're eating,
Though.
You see,
It's all perspective.
It's all about owning this.
And getting out of that mode of,
Hey,
I'm a victim to my life.
To everything around me.
And that's another key to the transforming.
And that I don't hear too much in the world of manifestation.
I hear a lot of stuff about bad vibes from people and protect yourself and set boundaries.
And I was speaking to a lot of people about this,
Actually,
Yeah,
A few people I've had this exact conversation with about boundaries,
Right?
And I said to them,
What is that?
What does boundaries mean?
Visualize it.
And they said,
Yeah,
Just keeping things away from me in a distance.
And then it's like,
Okay,
Like,
Okay,
That blocks out things,
Right?
But doesn't it feel like you're in a defensive mode a bit?
You're worried that someone's going to come and take your power away.
So you've got to keep a boundary.
It's like if I had literally had a farm.
And I said in my farm,
I have to have a security camera in every angle because I have a feeling someone's going to come and try steal things.
That feels stressful.
Feels stressful to have these boundaries because I'm,
It's like having a security camera on.
You're in,
You're vigilant to people around you.
So what I said to these people when I was coaching them was,
What if you dropped all boundaries,
All of it?
What if it didn't feel like people are attacking you?
And instead you just,
You just deal with the situation.
You own it.
You tell them how you're feeling about this stuff,
Even if it feels uncomfortable.
Because with boundaries,
Like it stops things from coming in,
But it also stops good things from coming in.
You know,
Just like having that tiny bit of vigilance and saying I need a boundary,
Just the thought of it.
It means you are closing yourself off to even good things coming in.
It's like you're trapped.
Right?
So anytime I hear that word boundaries,
I just ask people,
I just check in.
I'm not right about everything.
And I,
Every time I speak,
I don't say I'm all knowing.
I just say what,
What I think.
You either,
You can take it,
You can say,
Oh,
Some of these things you're saying are good Raj.
Some of them are not.
And I'm okay with that.
I'm okay for people to not like what I'm saying.
The important thing for me is to create insight or to help people see a different way of thinking.
Right?
That's all.
I'm not here to impress people.
So if you're having a little thought or an insight,
Great.
That means this is useful.
If you feel like,
Oh,
That's challenging what I thought,
That's useful as well.
So that's my thoughts on boundaries guys.
And that's also important on creating transformation.
To be open,
Like Claire said.
And I said this other example to someone the other day.
I was like,
Is there,
Can you,
Is there skiing around you?
I've never been skiing actually,
But I use this example sometimes.
And she said to me,
Actually,
She might be on the call.
Well anyway,
She said to me,
Yeah,
They have skiing in my mall.
And I was like,
What do you mean in your mall?
In Dubai,
They have like an artificial skiing or whatever.
I don't know how that works.
But anyway,
That aside,
If you see two trees and then you're like,
Oh no,
I have to fit through that small gap.
And you start looking at the trees and worrying that you're going to hit the trees.
Worrying,
Worrying,
Worrying.
I'm going to hit the trees.
Then you're going to hit the trees,
Right?
If you're focusing on that.
If you focus on the gap in between,
The good that could happen.
You go and you zone in,
You're like,
I'm going to get through the gap.
Then you get through the gap.
And that's how I want people to start seeing things.
Yeah,
There's trees,
Maybe you'll hit it.
But focus on the gap.
And everything just becomes better.
You start filling with energy.
Like I said earlier,
You start filling with this,
Like the world of possibility,
I call it.
The world of possibility.
It's just a thought away,
Right?
It's like,
Here's another example.
I was in India traveling and it had been a long journey.
It'd been like five hours and we had driven in this car.
We get to the place in the evening.
There was two of us and they were checking in and there's a long queue and I'm like,
Oh,
I'm so like tired.
I just want to go and check in.
I was getting cranky,
Right?
And I was hungry as well.
So the hunger was coming in.
Hangry they call it these days.
I was just in the mood.
We finally check in.
And then I'm like,
Yeah,
Let's get some food right now.
I'm starving.
I haven't eaten in like seven hours.
And then we get to the restaurant and they take an hour to just get our food out,
Even longer I think it was.
And they screw up the order and I'm even more pissed.
And then they screw up the bill and then they have an argument with us about the bill and I'm even more pissed.
I'm like,
I want to see the manager.
And this is so out of character for me,
Right?
I was just in a zone.
And then the person that was with me,
She said to me,
Raj,
You're really ugly when you're like this.
Physically you look ugly.
And I just laughed.
I burst out into like laughter,
Hysterical laughter.
She had made me laugh,
Right?
She snapped me out of this thing instantly.
Within a second,
All of that stuff was gone.
It was all gone within a second.
So you see how our minds work,
We work.
We move from everything's terrible to,
Ah,
You know,
Nothing.
Right?
It's not a big deal.
Just by someone making us laugh.
So if you're in that steady go of your,
I need to protect myself mode,
You open up,
Your body relaxes and then you're able to create whatever you want.
Yeah,
Maybe the things you're scared of might happen,
But it doesn't help you to try and think about them and focus and analyze them.
So that's the next part of like transformation.
Just get yourself into a calm state.
And again,
Things like meditation,
Things like going for walks,
Eating good food,
Simple stuff,
Right?
It doesn't have to be anything like go and sit in a cave and leave your life behind and become a yogi.
Doesn't have to be that at all.
Two things that help you slow down,
Slow down your mind.
If you're in a slowed down state,
You are able to think more clearly.
You're able to create change.
Able to see the things you wouldn't be seeing when you're angry.
So let me know what comes up guys.
Yeah,
So Claire says in your walk today,
Walking on a narrow path.
Yeah,
Yeah,
That's it.
If you're walking through a narrow path and you're just like,
Okay,
I got to get through this.
I can see the end.
You see the light.
You focus on the light.
You focus on the possibility.
And then any transformation you want will happen.
Like for example,
When I say to people,
If I'm having like a coaching conversation,
I've just met this person.
I'm like,
What,
What do you want to create?
What's the change you want to create?
And then I sometimes get them saying,
I don't want to feel like this.
I don't want to be anxious.
I don't want to be angry.
I don't want this.
I don't want that.
And I'm like,
Okay,
How about we start again?
What do you want to create?
And then they might sometimes do it again.
And I'll say,
I've got to pause you because you're focusing on the don't want and you're just listening.
You're just listing out things you don't want.
What do you want?
Say these things you want.
And they say it and I'm,
I asked them,
I was like,
What's the difference between that and that?
Like,
Just tell me what you're feeling.
And they say,
Yeah,
When I'm,
When I'm focusing on what I do want,
I'm feeling light and excited and yeah,
Just something changes.
So you have to create like this list of what you do want.
So try that right now is my challenge.
Think of one thing that you want to create,
One transformation.
Maybe this is health related.
What do you want to create?
Maybe this is like relationships.
Maybe this is career or business.
Maybe this is something to do with your spiritual work,
Your wisdom.
What do you want?
Like if you could have it,
What would it be?
Think about that right now.
I'm going to pause and if you want,
You can share it in the comments.
Don't have to.
Debbie says,
I want to be balanced and slowed down.
And this question sometimes takes you deep.
If you're just going through your day and you know,
Sometimes it hits you.
You're like,
Oh yeah,
That's what I want.
Equanimity.
Yes,
Dave.
Pre-COVID motivation.
You want that back here.
Yeah.
Miriam says,
I want to finish creating my survivor story.
Awesome.
Love.
That's that word on its own.
Yes.
Powerful.
Be a calm presence.
Yes.
Awesome.
Here's the thing guys.
I went on this massive journey to figure out what do we want as humans in life.
I read like hundreds and hundreds of books about everything,
Like every kind of form of human development,
Psychology,
Spirituality,
Everything.
I just was desperate to know what,
What,
What is this?
What,
What,
What are we doing here?
What do I want personally?
How do I feel alive?
I felt confused about like,
What do I do with life?
And I realized after a while,
After going through my own process,
After really having like massive amounts of spiritual growth,
Realize we just want to have some meaning in our life.
We want to be better.
We want to evolve.
We want to have more wisdom.
So really we just want a feeling of aliveness and a feeling of connection to something.
Personal aliveness,
Personal purpose,
But then also a connection to something beyond us.
Like why else do we go travel?
It's not just because it feels pretty and nice.
We want to just disconnect from our,
What we know,
Right?
We want to learn and develop.
We want to explore.
And what I've learned is there's one part of us which is our self,
The mind,
Our image of our self.
How we think people are looking at us,
How we feel about our self,
It's all like this psyche.
That's one part.
The second part is we have this thirst for aliveness,
Like I said,
This inner fire inside us,
Excitement.
Then we have a different energy to that which is we have this calm and wisdom.
We have this desire to tap into like greater consciousness,
To know more than we already know.
And then we have like bringing all of that together,
We want to just create something out of it.
Why do people make businesses?
Why do people go and do anything?
Because there's this desire to use our resources to grow us all.
Wisdom is like when I used to meet my granddad's friends and just listen to them speak about life.
They're just so happy and jolly.
Because they've got so many stories to tell about when they did this,
When they did that.
A life well lived,
Right?
Without any limitations from the mind,
That's all we want.
So if you focus on that,
That's transformation to me.
And maybe that means sometimes creating a business that allows you to tap into your passion and put that out there,
Kind of like what I've done.
Maybe that means just having greater connections with family.
That's a transformation as well.
Maybe it's something else.
Everyone has a thirst to become better,
No matter who they are.
To become better and to be grounded in the now,
That's the keys,
Those two keys.
Enjoy what you're doing now,
But also move towards something.
That's why we go on vacations.
That's why I went travelling.
To see something different.
To get out of routine.
Same old,
Same old.
Even if it's just for a moment.
So yeah,
The truth is you don't need to go anywhere to do that.
If your life is full of things that are lighting you up and you're creating something,
You're improving yourself,
Yeah life is awesome.
So I'm going to leave it as that guys.
I want to hear some questions.
143 of you here,
What are some questions that come up for you right now?
I've said a lot.
Questions,
Comments,
Or what has been one thing you've taken away from today?
One insight.
And I ask this all the time after my sessions.
Well not all the time,
Whenever I remember.
What's been one insight that you can take away from today?
Like you packaged it in a little bag and then you got your goodie bag.
What's in your goodie bag as you leave today's session?
What's one thing that you thought,
Maybe you didn't even agree with me,
That's fine as well.
What was one thing that made you think?
I can create change.
That's the thing,
Knowing this ability you have,
You can own it.
That's so powerful.
Self empowerment.
It's only the mind that gets in the way that says hey I can't,
No I can't,
No no this is scary,
No stay the same,
No stay comfortable.
Instead of like having the discomfort.
The discomfort,
Like I sometimes ask people,
I say to them,
Are you willing to pay the price in your life?
If the good foods or let's say the tasty foods are not helping you,
Are you willing to pay the price and stop eating them for what it's going to give you?
If you're finding yourself distracted on Netflix,
Social media,
Are you willing to pay the price to start cutting that out of your life because of what it's going to give you?
If there's things that are draining you,
Are you willing to do what it takes?
I asked someone the other day,
He was like Raj I need you to tell me what to do,
I'm having all of this anxiety,
What do I do,
What do I do?
Said to him,
Are you willing to spend one whole year working on this if you know that then for the rest of your life it's going to be better?
Are you willing to really work on this?
He said yeah of course,
I've had 20 years of this struggle,
I've had 20 years of this,
Of course I'm willing to put one year into it.
20 years of same old same old,
The same old challenges that don't change.
And I say this a lot but only because it resonates so much with me but do you want to have another birthday,
Another Christmas where you're like oh you know same stuff,
Same challenges,
Nothing's changed in my year apart from the number I put in into a form where it says age.
Age what's your age?
Oh another year more,
That's the only thing that changes in your life?
Then like that's not fun life.
If you can say something has improved like I'm a bit calmer this year or I'm a bit healthier this year,
Wow like this has been a good year.
Then the age you don't care about as much,
You're proud of your age,
You're like oh wow this year this was the year of this,
This year this was the year I grew this,
This year this happened.
That's why we get sad and depressed because we're not owning our own power.
Another year goes by,
Christmas oh no another Christmas oh I used to hate birthdays because every year was like a reminder of how nothing's changing in my life and I was stuck because of the mind.
But I wish that I knew back then like just to put little steps in each day then the whole year will change.
Like creating transformation,
I don't believe people who say let's go and do this quick retreat and everything in your life will change.
There's no,
It doesn't work like that.
It has to be little things like bringing all facets together,
Mastery of your life,
Then change happens quick for sure.
But step by step.
Yeah thank you Beth.
So anyone else,
What has been your takeaways from today?
What are you going to take away?
Literally like you were going to a restaurant and then you haven't,
You know you've seen the menu and you're like yeah that looks good I'm going to take that away with me.
What was the one thing where you thought oh that was good Raj I'm going to take that away with me.
She audits,
Says Vanessa.
Yeah exactly.
Beth says worrying does not help and focus on what I want.
Yeah exactly focus on what you want.
The gap between the trees.
Inventory on drainers and fillers.
Yeah that's such a massively powerful thing because it's not time that we need to work on.
People say time management,
For me it's more about energy management.
Because in 10 minutes,
Like I said earlier,
When I'm in a trance and I'm really focused,
In an hour I can get so much more done than I would get done in 4 hours of mediocre energy.
So it's energy that matters,
Not the time.
When people say they don't have time I'm like that's fine that's great so let's just work on your energy so that your 10 minutes would be more effective.
So energy audit is a powerful tool that I use with everyone that I'm working with.
Usually quite early on I'm working with them because it starts changing over time and their energy becomes focused after that.
For example I'm working with people who have busy lives actually.
I think everyone I work with has some kind of busyness right.
So there's no like,
We need to make use of this time.
And that's the last thing I'm going to say on the whole topic of manifesting.
Being passive.
I don't have time to wait my entire life for me to have a transformation.
I don't want to wait years and years for change to happen just by sitting there and writing affirmations.
I don't want to take that passive approach of waiting for the right thing or moment or feeling to come to me that doesn't exist.
That's comfort zone excuse.
Excuse.
I need to wait till it feels right.
Till my mind tells me that when is it going to happen?
Your mind doesn't want you to change so why would it tell you that this feels right?
Never will it tell you that it's right.
Yeah you might have a feeling that's like oh yeah this is right this is the right time.
But again like action creates change.
It's like for example if you are someone who likes to dance.
If your friends say to you hey let's go and dance.
You probably don't want to do it.
But as soon as you're on the dance floor and you start moving your body then you're in the flow right.
You've taken action.
You get prepared.
You show up.
There's a phrase I sometimes like to use which is commit first show up later.
Commit first and show up later.
These sessions I host I just commit.
I just put this like thing saying hey today I want to talk about this and then I just show up.
I don't need to say hey oh I've got to feel ready and prepared before I do this and feel comfortable.
That's an excuse.
So that's my last.
That's the last thing I want to say.
Commit first show up later.
Yeah.
Alright guys.
Any other questions?
And while you think of some questions.
Wait hold on.
Debbie says inside transformation is not heady.
The right energy.
Yeah energy changes everything.
Inner energy.
You're full.
If your tank is full.
Then you go and use it.
So next few sessions guys are.
I'm excited.
The next one on.
When is it?
Next week called the heart explosion.
Because there's some things that have been going on for me in the past few months.
Where my heart's just been exploding with energy.
And it helps you move from anxious to fearless.
Seriously.
So I'm really going to go into this.
People used to say like oh listen to your heart.
Listen to your heart in that soft voice.
And I never understood it.
I was like I don't know what you mean.
I have an organ here.
It's an organ.
I didn't know what they meant by it.
But now I know the heart is not just a physical thing.
It's an area which radiates just like courage and your power is there.
So this session is going to be fun.
It's how to get out of anxious thoughts and go into fearless mode by using your heart.
And I'm going to lead a meditation there.
And any time I talk to someone and I help them tap into their heart.
I channel some energy with them.
There's massive changes.
Massive.
So this is going to be a good one.
The one after that is going to be next Friday.
It's called body as a tool for transformation.
I've talked about that a bit today.
Body for me used to be mirror image.
And I'm going to tell you my journey in that session.
You know I went from overweight,
Very skinny,
Overweight,
Very skinny.
I've tried every t-shirt size basically.
So I'm going to talk about the body as a tool for transforming your life.
Because I've realized that it's a generator.
It's a tool for energy.
It's a tool to create the fuel that I talked about today.
And I'm going to talk about all sorts of things.
Movement,
Maybe some foods I'll talk about.
So come along for that.
That's how I work.
I don't silo myself to,
Hey I'm a coach and I talk about spiritual stuff only.
In an esoteric way.
Now I want to use every tool I've got right here.
This body.
I've got all sorts of things to use.
So if you are not making use of the tools then you're just underselling yourself.
So come along and I'll talk much more about that.
And apart from that,
If there's anything you are challenged by and you need some guidance on or some support,
Drop me a message.
You can message me on Insight Timer.
A lot of people have done that and we end up having conversations and I support them in some way or another.
Sending resources,
Speaking,
Literally speaking,
Whatever.
So if you're challenged by something and you need some guidance,
Let me know.
And we can have a conversation around that.
There's also this resource I made recently called Six Principles for Having a Winning Day Every Day.
If you want that,
These principles are not like you have to do anything crazy.
They're just principles that I follow.
So I wanted to make something,
It's only like a one page document.
It has these six principles.
It goes into what they are,
Why I believe in them.
If you want this,
Send me a message and I'll send this to you.
There's a link that I can send you which just gives you it basically really easily.
Just type in your email and it gives you it.
Or there's this other document I made called Five Ways to Challenge Overthinking.
I can send you that as well.
So just reach out,
Let me know,
Drop me a message.
I'm on Instagram as well and I make content every single day,
Something.
Like I'm just here just showing people what's going on in my life and telling people what kind of insights I'm having or a conversation I've had with a client or whatever,
Right?
Just everything is there.
So check my Instagram,
It's Rajkor Seer.
And I've also got this section on my Instagram which says book recommendations.
I've done a mini review on all the books I've read.
Well not all,
But all the ones that I think are amazing and why they'd be useful for people.
So check that out on my Instagram,
It's like 100 books there I think.
Well I don't know,
That's just a guess.
100 books or so.
Check that out,
Rajkor Seer is my Instagram page.
So yeah,
That's the last thing I want to say.
If there's any support you want,
Just drop me a message.
It's like an open door that you've got to walk through and I'm there.
Thank you for the donations,
Thanks Claire.
And someone else did as well but it's disappeared.
I think it's,
Oh TP,
Yeah thanks for that.
Question would you say,
Debbie says would you say there are drainers that we mistake for fillers?
Yes,
100%.
I used to run so much.
I used to go running because I thought they were fillers.
I was draining my entire energy by running and over exercising,
Lifting too much weights.
I was draining my energy by going to see certain people that I thought would be nice to see,
But they drained me as well.
I drained my energy by,
I used to drink a lot of alcohol.
I've stopped drinking alcohol now.
That drained me a lot.
All sorts of things.
Like even foods that you think are good,
Multivitamins,
All of these supplements.
You think that they're good for you,
But you have to really test this on yourself.
And I'm not talking for everyone,
I'm just saying what my experiences were.
Depends on what your health is like,
So don't just throw everything away.
But I'm saying like for me and my experiences,
All of these things I used to take,
Supplements,
Multivitamins,
Healthy things,
They didn't serve me.
But I just continued because the science says it does.
The science says it's useful.
No,
Just,
No,
No,
Just seriously look at that.
Seriously,
Just don't do things just because it seems like it's good for you.
So that's my insight on that.
Yes,
Many,
Many,
Many things can feel like they're fillers.
And that's actually a good question that you should ask yourself first maybe.
So how do you unmask them?
Well you have to really like write down the value of everything.
So if you think things are fillers,
How?
Write them down and say how?
What does this give you?
What value does this add to your life?
Like for example,
Social media.
People complain about social media,
About it being a problem.
Yeah,
It's draining you.
So you have a choice here.
You can own this.
It's your choice,
Right?
Certain social media accounts might drain you.
You're looking at this person and thinking,
Oh cool life,
Like amazing.
It makes me feel crummy now.
So you have to remove those people.
Mute them,
Whatever you have to do.
Don't look at it.
So you have to go really like silly,
Go through every single thing you do in your life and categorize this.
Write down the value of everything you do.
This is the way I do it with clients and it's massive,
Massive change for them.
So you have to do this with,
With a unbiased view.
So talk to someone about it.
That's why people love doing it with me because I'm just throwing it right in their face and they don't have time to overthink it because I'm in front of them.
So do this with a friend,
Whatever,
Whatever you like,
Or you can,
You can drop me a conversation,
Whatever,
But doing it with someone is useful because then you get your blind spots caught out.
So yeah,
Energy audit is amazing.
Second question from Vanessa,
Um,
Healthy sleeping.
So let me read that again.
So suggestions to encourage energetic transformation by cultivating healthy sleeping habits,
Evening energy management and recently releasing being a night owl.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a good one.
I think having an evening routine is great and I don't like,
If I'm honest,
I don't do this all the time.
But when I do follow my evening routine of something like stretching in the evening,
Even if it's just for 20 minutes and then writing something in my journal that I'm grateful for,
Like what,
What's been good today.
One thing that has been good for this day,
It makes you feel nice and warm.
You realize this day has been a useful thing in some way.
Even if you feel like your life is work,
What was the one thing that was nice about today?
Oh,
I went for a walk.
Oh,
That was a nice walk.
Oh,
Great.
You consciously recognize your own self.
You give yourself recognition.
When you start giving yourself everything that you wish other people would give you,
It's a life changer.
It's a life changer.
Why rely on everyone to give you things when you give yourself?
That's that's been huge.
So if you want to work on your evening routine,
Just find like 20 minutes,
Something that helps you.
And yeah,
You'll,
You'll wake up better.
You won't even need as much sleep.
Is this like talk about,
Oh,
Get eight hours of sleep,
Doctor says eight hours of sleep,
Science says eight hours of sleep.
Yeah,
That's if you're going to sleep normally and you're just like,
Oh,
You know,
You finish your day,
You're on your phone and then you just,
You just pass out.
Then you probably need a lot of rest because your mind has to like slow down first and then it has to go into sleep mode and then it has to sort out everything you've done in your day.
Why do you have dreams?
Because you haven't given yourself enough time to unwind.
So your mind,
Your dreams have to take the,
Take the hit.
Your dreams have to work through this stuff so you can sleep for less actually.
And I'm not suggesting anyone to do this.
This has been for me a useful though.
Sleep for less hours.
I wake up fresh as a daisy,
Even if I've had like six or seven hours sleep.
If I've had a great wind down period the night before,
It's a game changer.
I'm all about,
Well,
I wouldn't say I'm completely turning everything upside down that doctors say,
But I don't believe in a lot of the medical system.
It's just,
It's just old school.
There's much more things that we know now that we didn't know before.
And I don't believe,
Oh,
Let me go speak to my doctor and he'll tell me that I've got to do,
Take this vitamin pill.
I don't think it's as simple as that now.
That's biological.
There's much more unseen things that you can do.
That's just me.
So I'm going to leave it at that.
I'm not going to talk much,
Talk any more about how I feel about doctors.
All right guys,
There's no other questions.
I think I'll leave it at that.
Have an awesome evening.
Here's a challenge for you because I like to give challenges.
What is one thing that lights you up?
Gives you that like nice fiery feeling inside.
Find what that one thing is and do something tomorrow that will awaken it.
Actually decide tomorrow you're going to spend time to do this.
Commit because coming to these sessions is great.
You're learning things,
I learn things as well.
And it's fun.
But I used to watch so many sessions and watch motivational talks and nothing ever changed because I didn't do anything about it.
Just collecting things in my head.
I thought information was useful.
Information is nothing.
It's actually better to have no information than have information and not do nothing.
Because that's torture.
It's like if I knew that,
You know I do know,
If I know that going for walks is nice.
I'm not doing it ever.
I'm just going to resent myself.
Resentment will destroy you.
So do something.
After you have had this session with me,
Do one thing.
Take some actions.
Based on everything you said,
Take some actions.
Find something that fires you up.
Go and do it.
Commit to it tomorrow.
And then at the end of the day,
Ask yourself,
Or maybe today actually,
Today do this.
Ask yourself what was useful,
Or sorry,
No not useful,
Let's not even use the word useful.
What was one thing that went well today?
What was one thing that went well?
And what was one thing that you could have done better?
That's all.
Two questions.
That's my challenge.
One thing that went well.
One thing that could have gone better.
And then find out something that fires you up.
If you do this challenge,
And you're committing to working on yourself instead of just watching and listening and having a warm fuzzy feeling inside,
If you're going to do this then awesome.
Drop me a message if you do.
Let me know how it went.
Let me know any insights you got after you did this.
Because that's the key,
It's doing the thing and then reflecting back on it.
And saying,
Because I did this,
Wow this happened.
So that's my invitation.
You can drop me a message,
Let me know how the challenge went.
There's also a group called Powerful Beings,
A circle,
Sorry that I've got.
You can join that if you like.
And yeah,
I'll leave it as that guys.
Enjoy and have a good rest of the day.
