The recording.
Yeah,
Always forget the recording.
Yeah,
So that's what's happening with me.
All this stuff,
Right?
To go through inner challenges telling me not to do this.
Telling me,
No,
No,
No,
No,
No,
No,
No,
No,
No.
You don't need to go and travel.
You don't need to go and work in another location.
Oh,
That's weird.
Like,
That's going to cost money.
What is this?
All that noise.
And that's why this session is called the Switch.
How to turn from the warrior into the warrior.
Warrior into the warrior.
Any of you guys worry here?
If you don't,
If you say no,
I don't believe you.
If you say no,
I don't believe you.
Everyone worries.
To some extent.
But worrying when it turns into a debilitating thing then it's a problem.
Worry when it becomes addictive,
The problem.
Addictive is like a thought.
It's out-bounding to us.
It becomes a habit.
So the person at that is what do you worry most about?
Like,
Everything I talk about is an experience.
What I've been through,
What has stopped my life and frozen me.
Worrying was a big thing for me.
I worried so much about a meeting that I had next.
I was about to go into a work meeting.
The thing about me,
Just casual,
Just going into a work meeting made me worry so much.
Like,
Insecure about myself.
Why did they ask me something?
I challenged most people to give me something.
I used to worry that what if someone asked me something and then my face goes red and I sweat and all of that stuff.
You'd be so worried about it.
I put things like that.
I don't know if anyone could relate to anxiety or low self-esteem.
Worrying about their attention being on you.
Put a yes in the chat if so.
Just let me know who's around and what you're feeling.
But tell me your worries.
What are your worries?
I lived in worry.
There's no way I would have been on the screen that you're looking at in the past.
No way.
Having things that I'm passionate about.
I'd have been insecure saying,
What if it doesn't resonate?
What if what I'm saying is not resonating?
What if this is not resonating?
How can I make this sound good?
How can I work this well?
How do I prepare for this thing?
I'm not prepared for any of these things anymore.
I was doing that a few years ago.
Because that worrying and that analysing is like,
Oh what will I say is blocking the flow of who I really am.
It's blocking the natural ability to express what I'm doing.
Thinking about it,
Worrying about it,
It's blocking everything off.
I didn't realise.
I thought worrying was normal.
So I'm here to tell you,
You can go from warrior to warrior.
I'm here to show you that you can,
I'm here to tell you that I did,
I did feel significant.
I'm a human.
I'm still a human on this planet.
I wanted to give you that,
This thing.
So now everyone is sharing their worries in the chat.
I salute you for being so bravely enough to share.
When people share,
It makes these sessions interesting.
When there's no one,
It's weird.
I ask a question and it's all silent and then one person says something and then it's all weird.
So when people share,
It makes this much more fun.
I'm seeing tons of you guys doing that right now.
So I salute you and great.
And if you're not sharing,
That's no judgement to you by the way.
You probably wouldn't have shared in the past.
I would have stayed silent and watched.
If you're a silent watcher,
Okay too.
You won't.
I encourage you to share because I know it helped.
It helped me when I was a silent watcher to share a little bit sometimes.
So as far as I stayed,
I worried so much.
I fell into anxiety and depression.
Going to get better.
Yes.
Tell me more about that.
Why are you getting better?
How does it show up to you right now?
What do you want?
Where do you want to move?
And I'll see if I can serve you in this session.
That's the way I want to play this session.
It's almost like it can be live support.
Not support,
Generically,
But live support also.
You lead with nuggets that you can take away.
So Nicole says I'm worried of the stuck frozen in my current job without fulfillment.
Even more afraid of the unknown.
Ah,
That's a good one.
I was just coaching one of my clients on this.
She doesn't want to be in her current job as well.
That's the reason why we're working together.
To figure out where she wants to go.
Figure out what the field is missing.
What will give her that fulfillment that you talk about,
Right?
And the thing is,
Is it worth being in the frozen,
The lack of fulfillment,
Is it worth?
Do you want to stay?
So many times,
You're thinking,
So likely it works,
Going into the unknown is a great investment to go into the unknown,
Even if it's scary.
Now what if the unknown wasn't as scary as you think it might be?
What if it could be simpler?
What if it wasn't this dark,
Scary cave,
And you've got to get a talk slowly,
Because they are scary,
That unknown out there.
I don't want to go in there,
But I do.
What if it wasn't that?
What if it wasn't like this big deal,
This big deal,
This unknown thing?
They're not good at that,
Okay?
But what if you can look at them?
That's my invitation.
Nicole.
Because on the other side of it,
There's most of them you think.
I want to say that again.
On the other side of that is everything that you want,
And it's closer than you think.
Let me know what comes up to you as I say that,
Nicole.
I'm justly speaking to you right there,
And everyone else.
I'm speaking to Nicole,
Really speaking to you at the same time as well.
It probably relates to you sometime.
That's a good one,
Gail.
Gail says it seems to have become a bad habit.
Worrying,
Yes,
It's a very,
I don't know about the word bad,
But it's unhealthy.
It's genuinely unhealthy.
Worrying,
I don't think worrying has ever helped anyone.
Like a bit of tension,
A bit of help that can move us forward,
But when it becomes a worry,
Like speaking and doing,
And like headache and like this when your hand is on your face,
You know that feeling.
That feeling is not,
I'm going to talk about warrior in a moment.
Let me just get through all the comments.
Judy says I worry about no longer being able to do things I love to do.
What's going to make it real that you're no longer able to do things you love to do with your kids?
And what's going to stop you from getting things on the table?
Because worrying is something.
Worrying is analytical and fear.
What's the truth?
What will actually make that possible?
What will bring your biggest fears to this thing?
For example,
Somebody says they don't like worrying that much.
Can this dead end job not never get out of there?
Well,
What will make that happen?
What will make that happen generally is if you just don't do the things you want to do in life.
What will cause the shift?
The shift will happen,
Like a snoring of a job.
So now you've got facts.
Now you've got things that are bigger than the complaints.
And just mental gain.
Really the good ones are going to release on the drive home.
When you get into the power of us,
You do something about it.
Then you go into warrior.
Warrior is really,
I think,
That ownership.
Warrior is when the edge reduces and you say,
Ah,
Well,
So worried I just want to.
.
.
Well,
It happens what I do.
I'm so worried.
Well,
What's the.
.
.
Worry is a dead energy.
It's like if I was playing with,
Like if I got started trying to cook it up,
It doesn't work.
When you start with aliveness.
Aliveness is when you take ownership.
What can I do about it?
Sometimes the warrior actions,
The warrior decision right there,
You're not.
.
.
Still being a warrior.
The warrior is getting out of the psychological drama.
The psychological illusions.
The warrior is like let go.
They decide to let go.
They decide to let go.
It's not really everything I believe in and everything I'm bringing to other people's lives.
You have to be that.
.
.
To be the leader of one's life.
Rather than our unconscious deciding for us.
Rather than being in it in our mind.
That's what warrior means really.
Warrior is like,
I'm gonna go take a nap.
Sounds funny right?
Being a warrior is gonna take a nap.
Well,
You just need to do that.
I'm not taking that because oh my god I gotta run.
It's like I am gonna take a nap because that's my empowered decision right there.
That's what a warrior is.
For a warrior is like my job.
When a girl looks up to someone I'm gonna kill them.
But I'm gonna try and I'll tell you what I want.
Then I'll get it.
Doesn't matter.
I'm gonna try.
A warrior,
Worrying is feeling like you are powerless.
Worrying is trying to confront every single thing.
So you see it's a.
.
.
It's a.
.
.
It's like a paradox in a way.
Because I'm telling you,
Hey go and learn.
But I'm telling you not to control at the same time.
What I mean by that is controlling out of guess that you are losing something.
Controlling out of fear that you are lost.
Taking actions out of guess.
That type of control doesn't usually help.
But owning an empowerment,
Not trying to cling on,
That's true.
It's a very fine definition.
Let me read through the comments now.
Let's see what people have said.
I asked everyone what are you worried about?
I'm gonna see if I can serve you in these moments.
So Casey says,
I am working,
Or Cassie is saying,
I'm working on my own presentations and think a lot about what certain things to mention.
Yeah,
So you're worrying about that kind of stuff.
I had the biggest fear of public speaking for my entire life.
And I even mean public speaking in terms of having a conversation with some of other people.
Even if it was just three of us.
I would worry about what am I gonna say?
How is it being received?
Think too much about it.
I just think it was just me.
Now people are saying yes in the chat and people are saying a lot in my events.
It seems like you guys can relate to this.
Being in your head when just wanting to speak about yourself.
Or just express yourself.
So what I'm saying Casey is,
When you're doing the speaking,
It's great when you're saying what you think about things.
You're serving your audience.
You're giving them what they need.
But if you focus on yourself if it's like me me me me me,
Then it's very easy to get what we call self conscious.
Because it's like there's no one hiding this.
There's no one.
It doesn't mean something about you now.
This presentation.
It's important to have a conversation and do well in the work and stuff.
For sure.
It's good that you want to take it with you.
But when it becomes this thing that's just bugging you,
That's like taking over your head,
Then it is not as useful.
I know exactly the same feelings.
I know this but it makes me weak.
The only way I've realised to come free from that is to really be with the people that you're with.
To look at them as humans.
Look into their thoughts.
Remember,
Once they hear their face,
Think about everyone naked.
Think about everyone naked when you're talking to them.
You guys must have heard that one,
Right?
Think about other stuff than humans.
They go to the bathroom.
There's many male in the bathroom.
I don't care who this person is.
I don't care how much money he's getting.
I don't care what he looks like.
I don't care about anything about him.
I don't care if there's an amazingly vision-ful woman who intimidates me.
She has to do the same thing.
All these humanising things make everyone human and get out of your head.
There's other examples of this I thought I could see that work specifically for me.
So if you want to ask me more about conditions and expressions,
Like that's what I'm about.
I'm about helping people to express themselves.
Really confident.
If anyone wants to ask me anything about this,
This is my expertise.
I know everything about this.
I know all the challenges,
The pain and how to move past it.
If you want some support on this,
Message me here.
You can email me in this session now if you want.
Or find me privately.
My website is winraj.
Com Find it.
Winraj.
Com Win.
Like you're here.
With me.
And then rajmyname.
Com And yeah,
Even on my website there's tons of resources there's videos,
There's articles.
If you look through my website for a week,
You'd probably get something useful.
Any of you guys here.
So that's my invitation.
Check it out.
There's a learning zone there's a learning section.
All free so you can check that out.
And message me.
There's a contact message message me and I want to support you and help you in some way.
But even if.
.
.
Yeah,
I struggled with that a lot.
I worry about my being lonely and forgotten as well.
Yeah,
That's interesting.
Same.
What is your living mode right now?
What is your living mode?
You really got.
You really got.
You really got.
You're here.
Being with you guys.
He's not lonely.
Here's what I have to say.
Being lonely can be good.
Because it can drive me to what you really want.
The people around you that you want.
My little thing I'm going to say with your comments.
Let me know if you got anything from that.
I worry about remaining unemployed.
I worry about my two boys who are graduating from college.
I worry about my aging parents.
Yeah,
Family,
Love.
Love is only a worry.
The thing I get from that is there is love in your message.
There's love in your message.
There's love in your drive.
Let love give you more out of those relationships.
If you're worried about people casting away be more loving while they're here.
If fingers crossed,
Fingers crossed,
Repeat that.
If they do cast away,
Do you really want to live with a bag of rednecks?
Whisking that you were more loving.
Whisking is more true.
You don't want to be fucked up.
That hit me when I was thinking about my parents.
A year ago I had the same thoughts.
I was like,
Something was really saying I have to build better relationships with them because if I don't I'm never going to be able to be at peace.
I don't care what happens in my life.
I'm never going to be at peace if I don't work on this.
It's up to you.
Work on it.
Nothing is true.
You decide.
You want a better relationship with parents?
Go and make this happen.
They're not going to come to you.
Maybe they will and I know you're.
.
.
But why do you want to wait for them?
Go and do this.
This is on you.
This is not on anyone else.
I'm here to stimulate stuff.
Yeah,
If you want to talk to me,
I'll support you and I'll help you.
Create what you want.
Keep reminding you of your thoughts.
Your power to go and do things.
So that's my.
.
.
Somebody saw that.
I think it was Jay.
Or anyone here.
Worry sometimes occurs because we're not playing fully to our potential.
We're not fully being ourselves.
We've got to worry.
You know there's more in there.
Of course you don't feel good.
You're not fully being yourself.
It's like if I was driving a car in first year.
On a highway.
It's going to make all these weird sounds and break itself down.
That's the human moment.
We're driving in first year.
Wondering why does it happen?
Why doesn't it feel nice?
Why do I have these challenges?
Because you haven't been here yet.
When you do that,
Everything feels good.
Everything feels nice.
That's the mood of the warrior.
The warrior.
Not the warrior.
What else?
Is this hitting anyone?
If something has to defeat you,
Can we put it in the chat?
Just so I know what's working,
What's resonating.
What anyone's getting from this.
I love the engagement so far.
There's some times where there's engagement like this.
I've got to really look through the chat.
It means there's a lot of energy in the room.
Keep engaging.
Keep writing stuff.
Keep talking to each other.
Talk to me.
This is the way that insights occur.
Because it's particularly interesting that I'm able to attend these sessions and lies and learn while I'm in this position.
Exactly.
Even if you don't like your job,
There's always great things about it.
So it's like,
Well,
I keep those great things.
What are the things I don't like?
Maybe I can find a job similar to this that doesn't have a negative.
That's a lot,
I call it.
I call mastery having all the things you want and letting go of the things that are not serving you.
I'm not saying everything's going to be inversion.
If you know anything about accounting,
It's not fun.
It's not like accounting.
It's not like doing balances.
Here's the money,
Don't do that.
I don't want to do accounting.
See,
This is what is possible when you have mastery of the things.
You bring your focus forward to those things that you want in life and you start creating it.
And you start dropping the things you don't want.
There is still a task I do,
So don't get me wrong here.
You're doing things that are not all the most amazing things ever.
But in the life you want to create,
You set that using.
What does this life look like?
I could choose what it looks like.
I'm not going to have it straight away,
But you can work towards it.
It's like building a house with bricks.
And there's this whole thing of we want instant gratification in life.
Well,
You really want something.
You have to just lay bricks down,
One at a time.
You want to change your job?
You can have that.
You definitely can.
You can have your dream job.
But we just don't know when that will happen.
You can work on it.
We don't know when it's going to happen.
It could happen next week.
It could happen next year.
The main thing is you're working towards it.
That takes you out of worry.
Will I have a new job?
Will I not?
No,
Now you're doing something towards it.
But you can't be worried because you're working on it.
So I hope that helps.
I hope that hits me things right now.
Let me know what comes to you.
Share anything.
A lot of people are sharing.
I'm loving this.
Let me go up again.
What do I see here?
Okay.
Let me read some of these comments that I might have missed.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Keep sharing guys.
Keep sharing.
And,
Hmm,
Alright.
Dubai is here.
I've just seen that.
Hello Dubai.
I don't see many people from Dubai here.
So it's great to have you.
I would love to connect more with that country for sure.
So,
Keep coming.
Using your physical mobility.
Your favorite thing was to walk.
Would love your insight.
Okay.
Yoga.
That's all I want to say.
Yoga.
Give some yoga.
Because yoga is the best thing that you can do.
If I was to give one physical part.
Which actually isn't physical.
Yoga is using the physical body.
As a frame.
It's almost like moving meditation.
That's the way I describe it.
If it's not moving meditation,
You're not doing yoga.
Gymnastics.
I don't know why people call it yoga.
Yoga when it's gymnastics.
But,
If you are having challenges for mobility,
I'd say yoga.
Anything that you can do depending on your injuries.
You have to obviously know what those are.
What you can handle.
What are the comments from educators?
That's it.
I think it's a good thing to be more disciplined.
Yeah.
Discipline is a tricky one.
It can be.
Because we have a discipline to brush our teeth.
We built a discipline.
It's like,
There's no such thing as I am not a disciplined person.
Because you've built the discipline to brush your teeth and to shower.
And maybe there's other disciplines that you've developed.
To prepare your food.
You've got a discipline to.
.
.
Maybe there's some that you've developed recently.
So those are all things you've done for a while.
Maybe there's some you've started recently.
I'm making this clear.
It's not a case of some people are more disciplined than others.
Anyone can learn to be disciplined.
There are stories we tell ourselves.
Like,
I'm a lazy person.
I'm a good fastinator.
The most ridiculous one ever.
And I say that again with a heart.
Not mocking anyone.
Because I used to call myself that.
I call myself lazy.
Fastinator.
I can't take action.
Something's wrong with me.
Why can't I do that?
Yeah,
It must be something that happened in my childhood.
It must be my mum's fault or my dad's fault.
Yeah,
It's because of them.
Blame.
Blame game.
Again,
If this sounds hard.
I'm just telling you what I experienced myself.
And what I realised about myself.
Maybe it relates to me.
None of this stuff is true.
It's all a story of we tell ourselves.
I'm lazy.
I can't do this.
I'm not disciplined.
So building up a discipline to get to your point is doing it in a very small way to start with.
So you want to write a book.
Well,
How about you write ten minutes?
Just ten.
Don't even try and do more.
I don't even want you to try and do more.
If someone was working with me as a client and they said,
I want to do exercise,
I want to do an hour a day.
That's my new regime.
I'd say,
No,
No,
No,
No.
You're not doing an hour a day.
Because you're not going to do that.
You're probably zero to a hundred.
Why are you trying to do this?
I make sure that something just works.
Black people do it for zero to a hundred.
But I'm talking about a discipline that is long term.
Could be maintained as a lifestyle.
So I'll give you a test.
I'll say,
Why don't you do a ten minute?
So that you meditate for ten minutes for seven days.
Just for seven days.
Just for seven days.
I usually meet with me.
My clients usually meet with me every week or a few times a month or whatever.
I say,
How did that go?
What did you learn from that?
Because I make them commit to this.
There's no way they're getting out of this.
Because they made a commitment to me and to themselves.
More importantly,
That they're going to do this.
It cannot be broken.
They will not break this commitment.
Ever.
Because of the way we arrange this.
The way we,
Our relationship is.
They will not break this commitment.
They will do this for seven days.
So when that goes,
We'll get the learnings and we'll say,
Oh,
How did we get from that?
How about something else?
And they'll start building into this.
Start building into this way of meditating every day or writing each day.
They want to make a book or exercising each day.
Food.
Changes in food.
There's accountability for me.
They can't screw themselves up.
They are disciplined because they will be disciplined.
It will happen.
They will not break me.
Because I demand high level of commitment.
Because I want them to succeed.
Succeed,
Right?
That's one thing.
Having someone to hold you accountable.
Well,
Not even accountable.
Bring that commitment.
That you won't break.
And then making it simple.
Ten minutes.
Fifteen minutes.
You are ridiculous.
If you're telling me you cannot do ten minutes.
You are ridiculous.
Any excuse you tell me,
I do not believe you.
I will not believe you.
Because you don't even believe your you don't even believe your success to say you cannot do this ten minutes.
It doesn't make sense.
So it's programming these seven things.
And not letting these excuses come in.
And discipline just builds.
Just by building a brick.
One brick at a time.
Then you get into the rhythm of,
Oh wow.
I wake up at night.
I wake up and I do this.
These kind of things are nice.
So if I used to eat,
You get into the mood.
It just becomes a habit.
That's what I'll say.
And that again is the mode of the warrior.
The mode of the warrior is taking ownership and saying I want to do this.
It's not an everyday thing.
You can do it.
It can be three days a week.
I do this thing.
Whatever it is.
That's your discipline.
You commit to that.
So who can help anyone here?
Dog barking,
Swimming,
Camping.
Does that help anyone?
What else have we got in this?
Your mother's I just told something about someone's mother.
They said mother's I've lost my mother.
So,
Worry is a bag of water.
Your parents are saying like that.
It's a habit and then you take it on.
They probably got it from their parents.
It doesn't mean you've inherited it.
It's not a thing.
It doesn't mean you've inherited it.
Yeah,
You've inherited it.
You've learnt it.
You've taken it on.
This is your mode.
But it doesn't mean that.
Worrying.
This is big.
This is a habit.
It can be unclean as well.
Like most of the work I'm doing with people is healing layers back.
Healing stuff.
Healing off stuff.
Instead of telling everything quickly.
Hey,
What's the secret to this?
What thing do I need to do for this?
You're peeling off before you add.
It's like I heard this analogy of putting nail polish on a turd.
You can put enough nail polish on your turd if you like.
It's still a turd.
But in the middle of the turd there's this diamond.
Let's find out.
There's many meanings behind that analogy.
I can tell you more about it if you want.
But I'm very focused on life and spiritual lessons.
Behind my turd analogy.
I'm going to scroll down.
I might have missed a few.
I'm just going to pick ones that stick out for me.
It doesn't mean anyone I'm choosing specifically.
I'm just going to pick things that I want to speak about.
Let's worry more love.
That's a good point someone made.
Let's worry more love.
Love is magnetic.
Love is,
Love isn't always,
Like this is a big point I like to make.
Love isn't just like,
Oh I feel romantically connected.
Or I feel connected to this human being.
Love is a state of like,
I look out in the winter and I see the colour yellow.
And it makes me feel nice.
If I'm not in a good state,
If I'm not in a state of love,
It just looks like yellow.
It doesn't mean anything.
It doesn't do anything for me.
But love is like,
Oh I look outside and I see birds chirping.
Beautiful.
But if I'm not in that state,
It's just a bird.
It's just a bird.
For people who think like that,
I'm a bird.
Because that bird,
That's that resources,
That material,
That life.
That bird is a thing that I can eat.
This doesn't make sense.
It makes me feel connected.
Feeling connected to things.
Yeah,
For more shit to eat,
That's the shit.
Ultimately that's the shit.
Have you ever pointed that out?
The more love thing?
Yes.
I don't use that word love because sometimes it gets misconstrued into this thing of like,
The emotional thing of like,
I'm in love with this person and these people.
And that is a part of love.
It is.
It feels amazing.
But that's not the only definition of love.
Love is like I look at my background and I say,
Ah,
Cool painting.
That makes me feel warm and majestic inside.
Wow.
That takes you out of worry.
That instantly takes you out of worry when you're in like a feeling of bliss.
Feeling of lightness,
Statefulness,
Connection,
Gratitude.
That's all love.
It seems that my stomach,
You know this as an idea,
Yeah,
Your head knows this.
But,
Where's it gone?
I've lost it.
Oh,
But your stomach is getting upside down.
Yeah,
So your stomach is getting upside down when you go into a fearful situation like doing a public talk.
Because that's normal.
It's normal for you to feel that way.
If you didn't feel that,
What would you be?
How can you be a human?
You don't feel any sort of stress and sleep in peace by thinking about it too much.
So this is the thing,
Love,
Naturally.
It has to be there.
If you're going to be concerned with other people,
I'm not really serious with you speakers who still vomit beforehand.
It's just there.
Thinking about it is our meaning making that we make from this feeling.
That makes it real,
Is a real problem.
It's like if I was to say these yellow walls are making me dizzy.
I'd say the yellow walls are making me dizzy.
I've made a conclusion.
I've put myself in my own body.
It doesn't make sense.
How can a yellow wall make me dizzy?
I've treated that.
And then I see a red wall and I say red walls make me happy.
It's all created by the mind.
I can say these are the calling incense.
Incense sense.
By the way,
I like incense.
I like smells.
I appreciate this stuff.
It does calm you down.
It does do energy.
Aromatherapy is great.
Aromatherapy is also in the head.
Aromatherapy is a pattern of like,
Oh,
When I smell this thing,
Then I will be calm.
We have created that as well.
We've co-created it.
It's not just the smell that we eat.
The Indian Public Good Association of Mean Danger.
We have created that.
To some level,
It's a natural feeling,
But to some level we have created it.
That's what I'm going to say here.
Worrying comes from our own creation of what is happening.
Versus the actual reality of the natural feeling,
Which is okay.
Naturally feeling sick is okay.
Let me see what else I can.
Let me know if you need more active session.
I'm not going to have to talk that much.
Well,
I've talked a lot.
I've talked on your comments,
Which is even better.
What are you guys getting from what I'm saying?
Any time I say something,
Put something in the chat if it resonates.
Because then that means you're engaged and you're going to get more from it.
Sure.
Let me see what else.
To be honest,
I'm still thinking in alternate universe sometimes.
Am I dreaming?
Will I wake up and I'm still a kid daydreaming?
I love that.
Probably why it's nice that you guys are here is because you're having a.
.
.
Well,
I don't really like to use the word awakening.
People have made this into a big deal now.
You're having spiritual awakening and all this stuff.
But let me use that word in the way I see it.
So you're opening your eyes.
That's probably why you're using these things.
Because you're seeing things different to how you used to see them.
And it feels like what is real and what is not real.
And that creates the overwhelm.
Freaking out.
It did for me.
I didn't enjoy being around people anymore.
Food.
All these.
Everything.
Everything.
Everything.
Everything differently.
And it made me freak out.
It creates this thing of like what is real and what is not.
What do I really want in life?
Who am I?
You know,
The whole identity thing.
You might not want to do your job anymore.
It's this transition thing of like who the hell am I?
So does anyone relate to that?
Like having this awakening process.
Do you feel like you're having an awakening process where you're seeing things different?
Let me know.
Because there's an attachment.
If you are having these things where something is awakening inside you,
Your eyes are opening,
It doesn't feel nice or it doesn't feel nice,
Then I want you to message me directly and tell me about it.
Because yes,
This is exactly what I've experienced.
And I know it's challenging because you don't even understand what's going on.
So if you want some guidance on this,
Message me and I'll tell you.
Well,
Not to the other person.
If you think that's the only distance no one understands you,
Only people who have gone through it must really,
Really get it.
Beyond the nonsense that's out there.
Beyond the noise and things people have created or made up.
The relations or speeches.
Beyond all that,
What's really happening?
So if you want some guidance,
Some real,
Real guidance,
And I say that confidently.
I'm very confident in my abilities to know what is the truth.
If you want some real guidance,
Then send me a message.
Hey,
What up?
I'm in Portugal.
Yes.
Oh,
Someone said radio interference.
Interesting.
I don't know.
Okay,
What more?
You can quit your job and take a year out.
Okay.
There's no way to know whether this is going to be a good decision or not.
There's no way.
So sometimes it can just be a lot of difficult things in terms of do you have enough money?
What can you survive on right now?
Is it going to be worth it?
And I mean that,
Like is it worth it right now?
Not projecting.
Is it worth it right now to do this?
Logistically,
Can you do this?
Can you physically do this?
Or will you do after the year?
Can you find a new job after the year?
After these questions,
Then your decision might be easier.
Putting in the work.
Simad says putting in the work to transform from her.
.
.
Ah,
So you see Simad says I need the motivation and stamina to do the work.
You made the decision.
You're done with the restart.
Alright,
Interesting.
Yeah,
I mean,
You made the decision to transform and put in the work.
So now it's just about the stress of how do you do this?
It's a thing.
I think it's a thing.
It's a thing that wants like building muscle or losing weight.
That's how I see this stuff.
It can happen.
It's the right thing to do.
Just like if you're building muscle and losing weight.
It's not going to work if you have a fuzzy all over the place.
You're doing this.
You're not going to get anywhere.
You're not going to develop.
So if you want some support,
Drop me a message and I'll help you make this easier for yourself.
Way easier.
Anyone here who wants to go up this ladder of development and growth.
It's sort of like being in this place of,
Oh,
I'm doing this stuff and it's not doing much.
But I don't really get it.
I hear that a lot.
And I've got a lot of compression for that.
If you're feeling like you're doing stuff,
It's not giving you the results.
Send me a message and I'll tell you how to experimentally fix this.
In a few simple ways without it feeling like it's,
You know,
Without feeling like you have to give your life away for all of that stuff.
In a very simple,
Logical way.
How to increase your development.
So you've got to tell me more about your situation.
Message me and I'll see how I can help you.
Okay,
What else?
I'm thinking about mindful self-discipline.
It's about commitment.
Really tiny commitment.
Like,
For example,
I'm here.
I can be on the beach.
I can be laying around.
I can be having fun.
Well,
I am having fun right now,
But you know what I mean.
I can be in Portugal exploring.
I have the commitment to be on this course.
And make sure I'm in this beautiful castle this morning.
Some of the difference,
Like medieval amazing castle.
Here in this castle,
Since we're at the port.
I woke up at 5am and I run to the train station.
Got there about 8.
30 in the morning before anyone's around.
And then I spent the day really enjoying.
Until about 2 in the afternoon.
Something like that.
2-3.
30.
And so I knew I had a commitment with one of my clients.
And then I had this commitment to be on this course.
I'm not going to say,
Oh,
Well,
I'd rather go and do this stuff.
No,
I made a commitment.
I make the highest level of commitment.
That's what I think.
To make that high commitment.
That won't be a problem.
In the other days,
I weren't PCing clients.
I faded this schedule.
This discipline is in place for me.
So again,
It can be the same for you.
You can create that thing.
For your personal development.
For relationship building.
For your food.
Everything you want.
You create it.
And then whatever you want,
You have.
Whatever you want can be created with the right technique.
You can believe.
The clearer energy is all and nothing.
That's why I call myself a help.
Because I believe it's all and nothing.
It makes this person with that function.
It makes this man who eats.
The course makes some of that.
That's what meeting is.
It's building the right.
This and that.
And then you get the thing you want.
I don't like the stuff you get locked in.
In like a spiritual.
.
.
What do you even know the word for this?
Vague.
Vague.
Vague and airy-fairy.
And stuff that's only a reason.
You listen to that part.
Talk about this stuff.
But you don't understand it really deeply enough.
I see this as attainable for the everyday person.
It is done strategically.
Scientifically.
What I want to leave you with is not a warrior I created.
It didn't just come out of my way.
I created these strategies to make this happen.
In turn from warrior to warrior is a bunch of transformations.
They're specific things in your life.
Just like if you were building muscle in a moving way.
Thank you.
I'm going to leave this.
I'm going to say a few more things in the comments.
Maybe one or two,
Because I'm.
.
.
I'm okay with the time.
That's another one of my commitments.
I don't like to run too much over time.
Let me have that look like close.
Oh,
My stomach had it.
Wanted to get the.
.
.
Yes,
It's an alright book.
There's another.
.
.
Well,
I've got a bunch of books about how to make a discipline.
So if you want to send me a message,
Tell me what you're struggling with,
And I'll specifically pick the book out for you from my personal recommendation.
That's what I prefer to do,
Rather than just throwing a random book out there.
And.
.
.
Yeah,
I'm glad you got something from me today.
It seems like you're very engaged in the session,
So I can tell.
You're enjoying it.
You're getting stuff from me.
And the more you do that,
The more you're going to feel the shift inside you.
So I'm really enjoying that.
Once I did with Raad,
So it's just with,
And then my name Raad.
Com.
Check it out.
There's so many things about me on there.
How did I go from being a corporate consultant working in the big four company to doing this in a vest with a Ganesh T-shirt on?
I'm not wearing a shirt,
To be honest.
Like,
Wearing a shirt in the studio would be fun.
But yeah,
You'll see more about my story on there,
On my website.
You'll see so many resources on my website.
And most importantly,
A way to contact me.
I've got this little fat icon that comes up.
As soon as you go on the website,
It will say,
Hey,
It's Raad.
It will be like you're talking to me.
So you can talk to me there,
Or you can send me a direct email,
I think.
Yeah,
So just check it out.
There's so many things in here,
But I'm going to skip over some of these comments.
I'm just seeing a lot of people saying,
Yes,
I resonate.
Yes,
This is,
Yeah,
Okay,
Cool,
Great.
In society now,
Yes,
It is hard.
Even for me,
This comes up.
I just don't like doing certain things that other people do anymore.
And some things I do.
Some things are like I've created my own prison for myself.
I've created myself here.
You're going to tell yourself,
What spiritual ego are you holding?
That's the thing.
Spiritual ego,
Oh,
I'm better than this.
I'm better than this.
These people are doing this.
Very little ego that can occur.
There's so many things that they see here.
There are nuances on this journey of becoming elevated above your mind.
So many nuances.
The body is involved,
What your eating is involved,
Who you're around is involved,
The strategy,
What you're doing,
Your work,
Your relationships,
Everything is involved.
It's all but one big map.
I think it's most interesting to see how it all weaves together.
When really you can get the real results,
When you weave everything together.
Not when you're just spiritual,
Not when you're just looking after your body,
Not when you're just thinking about your thoughts and your mind,
Your environment,
All of this,
All of this matters.
All of this.
Why people hire me,
Because I appreciate how everything works as a ecosystem.
It's not really a personal thing.
And then you have a spiritual,
Either guru side,
Who is just weighing you another way and saying,
No,
No,
No,
This is the way.
No,
No,
This is the way.
No,
This is the way.
I do see the absolute truth,
Which is everything is unified.
Everything works together.
Any way,
Any one is not all that works together.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Do we always donate?
I don't know why.
Do we just always donate every time she's here?
I know that's this now.
So I appreciate the donation.
Anyone else wants to donate,
Go for it.
It's always appreciated to see donations coming in.
It's funny because I saw this guy earlier,
And I'll end with this story.
This guy just had these pieces of metal,
And he was turning these rods of metal into bicycle sticks.
He was just dumping them and giving them money,
Just for entertainment,
And asking how the hell did he do this?
How is he doing this?
This is a great use of my time.
I don't think anyone is going to be happy about donations.
I don't typically say,
Hey,
You better donate.
If you're feeling like this was a good use of your time,
Then feel free to donate.
You might hit the button right there somewhere.
I think I'm going through as many comments as I can.
I'm going to leave it there,
Guys.
I appreciate you coming along,
Interacting.
You're showing up yourself.
It's not about me.
It's about the voice.
Something is coming into me.
I've settled something into me,
And I'm using this frame of this voice to let it out back to you.
It's not mine.
It's just I'm able to share it with you.
So I appreciate you coming.
Come to me.
I invite you to come to me with whatever challenges you have.
Keep everything,
What's the word,
It's a big,
Big,
Big thing.
Whenever you want to speak to me about something,
If you can't speak to anyone else in your life,
Feel free to come to me,
And I'll see if I can help.
Maybe I know someone that can.
Maybe I'll just send you a resource.
A funny video that I made that might help you a lot,
What I do sometimes,
Book recommendation.
I'll say,
Read this book.
You read it,
And something's changed in your life.
So nothing's going to happen until you go and simply sneak out.
It doesn't even matter.
It's from me.
Whatever.
Just things.
Maybe there's someone else that you interacted on here that you want to work with,
And that's the exam.
So that's my invitation.
If you wish,
Yes,
Resonate with me.
We got something from this.
Send me a message,
And yes,
We can continue talking.
Oh,
You know how some people have become very close to me,
And I'm working with a small handful of people because it's something that they really want to work on.
I don't always want to work with everyone.
But if you are someone that I do want to work with,
Yes,
Maybe we won't talk.
Or,
Like I said,
Maybe there's someone else here for you.
So,
You know,
Maybe we'll find them,
Talk to them.
Oh,
I'll leave it at that,
Guys.
I don't know when my next session's going to be.
It might be next week,
Or it might be two weeks later.
I don't know right now because I'm moving.
But it will be on my working days,
Like I said.
Tuesday,
Wednesday,
Or Thursday.
So,
Looking for that,
You can find me on the Insight Timer.
I think if you follow me on Insight Timer,
You'll get notifications.
I've got meditations there.
I've got old talk from before.
Check it out.
That's fun.
So,
Speak to you soon,
Guys.
Enjoy,
And I don't know where I'll be next.
I might be in Spain.
Who knows?
I don't even know myself.
I'm letting my intuition follow me.
Thank you for coming,
And I'll see you guys soon.
Bye.
