Well Of Dreams Sound Bath

This is a dreamy sound bath journey intended to connect with and harmonise the zeal chakra. This energy centre is located at the base of the skull / back of the neck and is associated with intuition, healing gifts, and the flow of higher intelligence. It is known as ‘The Well Of Dreams’ and also ‘The Mouth Of God’. I have found connecting with this point very interesting the last few years. Here I have used my zeal chakra crystal singing bell (highest tone) my throat chakra crystal singing bowl (middle tone) and my sacral chakra crystal singing bowl (lowest tone) combined with my own singing voice. I have also used the sound of ocean waves to add to the flow. I hope this sound bath allows you to soften, relax and open to your own wonder. All you have to do is listen and let the waves of sound move through you.
