This is a gently guided energy meditation inspired by the energy of light and water. We will call in the clearing essence of water energy and light the candle within, to begin anew. All you have to do is allow yourself to listen and melt into this gentle purification. We will be tuning our energetic field to more flow and grace, and returning our essence to its true form, pure and peaceful. The music used is 'Circle Of Serenity' by Chris Collins.
