Transcript

Sit comfortably.

Sit till there's length in your spine.

Visualize a golden thread drawing the crown of the head up towards the sky.

Relax your shoulders,

Your jaw,

All the muscles in your face,

And close down your eyes.

Notice your breath,

Not forcing,

Just letting it flow naturally.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Settling in,

Relaxing the whole body.

Taking one long inhale and exhale before inhaling for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Holding,

Exhaling for two,

Three,

Four,

Holding the breath.

Inhaling for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Holding the breath,

Exhaling for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Holding the breath and just repeating a few more times at your own pace.

Feel the heat of the breath coming in through the nose on the inhale and the cooling feeling of the exhale.

Making this your last round,

Return to a steady inhale and exhale.

Visualizing a healing white light with each inhale,

Entering your body,

Filling you up with light.

Let go of all the stress and anxiety on the exhale.

Again,

Breathing in this white,

Beautiful white light with each inhale and exhaling,

Letting go of all your anxiety and troubles.

Just sinking in,

Letting go.

Now bring your attention to the base of the spine.

Notice how this white light is strongest here at your Muladhara chakra,

Your root chakra.

As you inhale,

Notice that this white light is transforming into a deep red,

A ruby red color and it starts to appear like a lotus flower,

Transmitting its red healing energy.

Notice how the petals start to open and it's mixing with the white light that's already present and extends outwards.

This red light flowing out from the lotus,

Through your torso and chest,

Through your legs and your arms,

Your hands and your feet,

Your fingers and toes.

All across your chest and up into your head,

Up to your crown.

This healing energy now radiating throughout your entire body.

Sit with it.

Feel secure and know that you are safe in this light.

Now feel how this red light expands outwards through the crown into the sky and through your seat into the earth.

It's warmth.

This light is a light of security,

Of safety that you're now transmitting out from your root.

Breathe.

Know that you are safe.

Feel the warmth of this red light throughout your body healing,

Nourishing.

Slowly coming back to notice the breath.

Silently repeating the following.

I am safe.

I am grounded and scented.

I am safe.

I am grounded and scented.

I am safe.

I am grounded and scented.

I am safe.

Feel this red light emanating out.

Slowly coming back to your body,

Your physical body.

Bring your awareness now to the sounds in the space around you,

To the feeling of the inhale and exhale.

Slowly coming back,

Feeling rested and feeling safe and when you're ready opening your eyes.
