Into a soft focus but just come to settle.
Just closing down from all the senses,
Relaxing the shoulders,
The jaw,
And just remaining still for the next few minutes.
Taking a deep conscious inhale through the nose and then just exhaling,
Sighing it out.
Just let it go.
Taking another conscious inhale through the nose,
Bringing your awareness now into the heart space.
Exhaling,
Dropping a little deeper into that heart energy.
And then just come to a natural breath.
Visualize darkness,
This dark void all around you as though you are floating,
Levitating in this darkness.
As much as you try,
There's no beginning,
There's no end to this dark void.
And just notice how that feels,
This darkness.
And then you notice a glimmer,
Perhaps you feel a energy,
A figure starts to appear just in the corner of your eye and as this figure is walking towards you,
You can feel this energy,
This voracious Kali energy,
This rage,
This brewing.
But you're not afraid,
There's no fear there.
You can sense that this is pure love.
This is a deep,
Deep,
Strong,
Protective love.
As the figure begins to edge nearer you,
You can see that it's Kali,
You can see her fierce eyes,
Her fangs,
The skulls around her neck,
But despite her terrifying appearance,
You see through her eyes,
You feel this sense of love washing over you.
She,
Out of nowhere,
Creates this bonfire burning ever so brightly,
This golden red,
Rich flames.
You hear the crackle,
You smell this beautiful burning on this winter's night.
As you attempt to move towards her,
You feel this heaviness around your shoulders.
You are wearing a really heavy,
Thick cloak,
A robe,
And it's making it difficult for you to move freely.
This robe is made up of a quality that is obstructing your happiness,
Your alignment with your true self.
Perhaps it is procrastination,
Perhaps it is the harshness that you know you show to yourself that you don't show to anyone else.
Perhaps it's that you speak and often don't think about the words before it's too late.
Whatever that quality is that you feel is hindering your growth,
Your journey towards your desires,
That is what this cloak is made of and it is weighing you down,
It is making it difficult for you to walk towards.
Kali towards this inviting fire.
She walks towards you and she helps you with this thick,
Heavy cloak,
This cloak of whatever that quality is.
She helps you remove it and she helps you take it off and together you carry it towards the fire and you throw it onto the fire and it starts to crack and to pop as it burns slowly and you feel a weight has lifted,
A lightness from removing the cloak,
From knowing that Kali is there helping you to get towards your dreams,
Your desires,
To align more fully with yourself.
You feel a sense of relief shedding this quality,
This quality that no longer serves you.
Knowing that it is in the fire,
It is being burned and destroyed to make space for you to call in the new,
To reach closer,
To manifest.
As you watch the cloak,
The robe turn into ash,
You look into Kali's eyes and again you sense,
You feel,
You see that pure,
That pure love that she has to offer and with that knowing that she is always there to be called upon whenever you need her to help you destroy what is no longer needed,
To help you make space for the new.
She turns and she walks away.
You feeling lighter,
A sense of relief knowing that that quality has done all that it can and now you have destroyed it,
That quality that is no longer serving you,
You have laid it to rest.
And as she disappears you are left in that dark void again,
Floating and feeling that darkness all around you but in an utter fearful way as before.
You can still feel Kali's energy,
Her love surrounding you and slowly you begin to visualize that darkness turning back into the room that you are currently in.
Feeling the air,
The warmth,
The cool of the room that you're in,
Taking a conscious inhale through the nose just to connect back to that space,
Connect back to your body at this healing and whenever you're ready just opening the eyes,
Coming back to the room and hopefully feeling a little lighter as well if you have relinquished that quality,
You have moved through a little space into something that is no longer serving you.
So I'm going to leave you with that.
