Welcome,
Welcome to this short womb alchemy meditation.
Allow yourself now just to find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Just slowly begin to relax.
Begin to sink into the ground beneath you.
Feel it support as you relax each and every muscle in your body.
Bringing your awareness to your breath,
Just noticing how each inhale feels,
How each exhale feels.
Is the breath calm and steady?
Is it rapid?
How can you bring more ease to the breath?
Can you lengthen the inhales and lengthen the exhales?
Allow each breath to become calmer,
To become steadier,
To become deeper.
And with each breath,
Relaxing a little bit more.
If your eyes aren't already closed,
Take a moment to close them.
Allow yourself to go deeper.
Continue with that slow and steady breath.
Bringing your awareness now to your womb space,
A center of powerful,
Powerful energy.
A space that has the ability to transmute,
To alchemize,
To transform.
Begin to visualize a light in the very center of your womb space.
This light can be any color,
Whatever color comes up for you right now.
See this light in the center of the womb space.
Feel it radiating its positive energy,
This beautiful calming energy,
This beautiful creative energy.
Feel it expanding throughout your whole body.
And now taking a moment to think of something that you want to release,
As in a certain feeling that anxiety or fear of something in particular,
Procrastination.
Perhaps it's an attachment to something or someone.
Something that is not serving you,
Something that is not helping you get closer or live in a way that is for your highest good.
And then you can realize whatever it is that you want to release as thick black sludge.
The kind of syrupy thickness that prevents you from moving through it with ease.
And begin to send this sludge down into your womb space.
As it meets this light,
Watch it dissolve.
As the bright light glows within your womb space.
This thick black sludge being transformed,
Transmuted into an ever brighter light.
Being transformed into positive,
Creative energy that serves your highest being.
Watch as all that you want to release is transformed.
Breathe into this light center.
Let this newly brightened light,
This light that has transformed from negativity to a beautiful positive vibration.
A beautiful positive energy.
Let it flow through your body.
How does this feel?
How does this feel to transmute something into pure light?
Pure positive energy.
Let that light ripple through your entire being.
Bask in it.
Letting that light pulse through your entire being.
And now taking a moment to thank and show some gratitude to your womb space for allowing you to transform something that has been holding you back into something that is going to help you grow,
Help you evolve.
Trying to release something,
Allowing yourself to take one step closer to being and having a life closer to that which serves your highest good.
Breathing into your womb space,
Just thanking,
Acknowledging its power.
And deepening your breath ever so slightly.
Beginning to come back to the room,
The world around you knowing that you have done some deep work.
That if you continue to repeat this meditation,
This process,
Incredible things will come to you.
And slowly,
Ever so slowly,
Just easing yourself back into your physical environment,
Opening your eyes,
Wriggling your fingers and your toes and just moving slowly for the next few hours for the rest of the day.
Being gentle with yourself,
Remembering that this practice may have immediate effects for you but sometimes it can take a little bit of time and we have to be patient,
Trusting that this work is not linear.
We move and we release and we heal in waves and that there is no judgement required.
Just know that by doing this meditation you are on a journey and ultimately that journey is serving your highest good.
