Welcome.
Welcome to this practice of Wuh wisdom.
Welcome to this guided meditation.
Bring yourself to a comfortable seat or lying down,
Whatever your body is calling for.
If you feel comfortable to do so,
Closing down the eyes and bringing them into a soft focus.
Relaxing the muscles of the face,
Paying extra attention to the jaw,
The forehead,
Around the eyes,
Just letting it all go.
Relaxing a little bit further,
Relaxing the shoulders and letting the whole body drop a little bit more into the earth that's holding you.
Keep your breath natural,
Gentle inhale and exhale.
Don't feel the need to restrict or change.
Just gentle inhale and exhale,
Flowing in your own rhythm.
Take a moment now to bring your awareness to your pelvic region.
Feel and notice any sensations that are coming up.
Bring your awareness to this energy at your root.
Does accessing this energy cause you to feel agitated,
Tense,
Or are you feeling at ease,
Peaceful even?
Spend a few moments trying to assess but not judge,
To notice but not dwell.
Just listen,
Focusing on the breath where you feel agitated,
Just taking it easy,
Taking it slow.
Inhale and exhale.
Now in your mind's eye,
Look around the edge of your pelvic bowl.
Starting from the very front of your pelvis,
Move to the right.
Imagine sweeping each part of your pelvis.
You can visualize an element,
Whatever calls to you most,
Air,
Water,
Fire,
Earth,
That this element is cleansing your pelvic bowl as you sweep within your mind's eye around balancing the energy.
Moving that stagnant energy down through your roots into the earth,
Releasing.
Traveling along the full perimeter,
Just gently clearing out what is not needed.
With love,
With kindness,
That element that you feel most drawn to is there to cleanse your bowl,
To balance the energy,
To release what is not needed.
Just take a few moments.
Pay particular attention to areas that you might tend to avoid.
The area around your ovaries,
The area around your womb space,
Your cervix.
Is anything coming up for you?
Is there any resistance,
Any agitation?
Use elemental force to slowly move over those spaces.
With love,
With respect,
Just gently.
These areas are just in a little more need of attention.
Perhaps these areas have been forgotten over time and they just need a little bit more love.
Like we're dusting the cobwebs away in order to see the real beauty that lies within us.
We are just clarifying our velvet space,
Our womb space with love,
Respect and deep reverence.
Continue clearing,
Loving your womb space for a few moments.
When you feel ready,
When you feel this process is done,
There's no rush,
No need to hurry,
Like what is needed.
But when you feel ready,
Take a moment to imagine a beautiful,
Warming golden light touching and filling your entire womb space.
A blessing,
Calling in this beautiful radiant energy of the universe.
Calling in the energy that you need now to heal,
To create,
To empower.
Feeling your whole center filling up with this beautiful golden light.
Just taking a moment to give gratitude,
Give thanks to the practice,
To your womb,
To your body today.
Before closing this practice of Bloom Wisdom,
Take a moment to thank yourself for showing up.
And just slowly,
Whenever you're ready,
Opening your,
Bringing your attention to your space around you and slowly coming back into the world.
This practice of Bloom Wisdom is now complete.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
