Welcome.

This is a short meditation to really help you access and really feel a deeper connection to the power of your wing.

You can do this sitting upright or you can do it lying down,

Whatever feels more comfortable and is accessible to you.

Give yourself a few moments to settle into the position that you've chosen to do this meditation in.

This position that you'll be in for the next five to 10 minutes.

Make sure you are supported where you need to be.

A little under the head if you're lying down and perhaps underneath and the carves as well.

If you're seated,

A cushion underneath to keep your spine upright and we will begin.

We will begin this practice of meditation.

This practice of self care.

This practice of acknowledgement for our bodies,

Our wounds and the power that exists within us.

So I invite you now to gently close the eyes if you feel comfortable,

If not just a soft focus and settle in.

Relaxing the joy,

The shoulders releasing down,

Feeling the ground beneath you,

Whatever part of the body is connected to it.

Know that the earth is there to support you,

For you to sink into and allow yourself to be helped.

I'm going to start with a very simple few breaths.

Just inhaling and exhaling through the nose.

Inhaling through the nose for three,

Two,

One and exhaling for three,

Two,

One.

Inhaling three,

Two,

One.

Exhaling for three,

Two,

One.

Keeping this breath going at your own pace.

Allowing your body to just relax,

To soften,

To connect.

With the intention now just to turn our gaze inwards to focus really on any guidance,

Any messages that we will receive over the next few minutes.

Making that intention to listen.

So keeping that breath in your own pace for a few more rounds as you begin to really settle in.

And then we're going to switch our breath slightly and instead of inhaling in one single phase,

We're going to inhale in three different parts.

So we're going to inhale into the belly,

Inhale into the ribs and inhale into the heart.

And then we're going to sigh it out with an open mouth on the exhale.

So inhaling into the belly,

The ribs,

The heart and exhaling it all the way out letting it all go.

Inhaling,

Belly,

Ribs,

Heart,

Exhaling letting it all out.

And again once more inhaling,

Belly,

Ribs,

Heart,

And then just letting it all out.

Keep that breath going at your own pace.

Focus,

Enjoying in to the three different parts,

Belly,

Ribs,

Chest,

Bringing your awareness to those parts.

And then as you exhale sinking deeper.

Keep it going,

Keep breathing.

We've got this gentle breath,

Although we are breathing in three parts and it's hailing through the mouth,

Don't feel the need to force the breath.

Don't feel the need to extend inhalations for longer.

Just go with what your body is asking for.

See what can we try to force our breath.

And we need to listen to the rhythm.

Now bringing your awareness to your wound space.

Visualize a beautiful like honey colored golden light in the center,

In the eyes of a small violent chilling.

With each inhale this beautiful golden nugget begins to take back,

Filling up the entirety of your wound space.

Breathe into it and feel it expanding into your body.

Know that this golden light is your connection to all the wounds,

All the women that came before you.

Your mother,

Your grandmother,

Your grandmother's grandmother,

And knows all the way back,

All the way back until the dawn of womankind.

Regardless of your relationship,

Whether those people are present on our plane or not,

Know that there is a deep energetic connection.

Know that the women throughout these ages are all connected to you through the power of this wound,

Of your wound.

Your wound develops within your mother's wound.

Her wound develops within your grandmother's wound.

Her wound within her mother's wound.

And so the lineage extends far back.

Know that with each birthing,

Incredible power is released,

Incredible power that is now within you.

This creative energy is beginning to rise with that golden light.

With this energy passed down through generations and generations of women.

This incredible strength that exists within you,

Feel it expanding outwards from your wound into every little part of your body.

Notice how that feels.

Notice how your body feels.

That beautiful light,

Know that that brings strength.

It brings power.

It brings potential.

The potential to heal,

The potential to grow that exists within that wound.

And it is yours to access.

Continue to breathe.

Continue to feel that expansive energy and listen for any guidance,

For any messages that may come from the womb,

From the women who came before you,

From this deep connection to the women.

Breathe as you listen.

This guidance might come as a vision.

It might come as a word or a color.

It might come as a physical sensation.

Just be aware,

Aware of what's going on within you right now.

It's just listening.

And slowly,

When you feel you have received that message,

Return to a natural inhale and exhale softly either through the nose or the mouth.

Just inhaling into the entire body and exhaling it out,

Knowing that if you received guidance or if you didn't quite get a message this time,

Know that you're wound.

It knows you're aware that you're curious and that you want to listen.

And it might come later today and later tonight,

But I'm sure that you will impart some wisdom within you.

Taking the time now just to come back to wherever you are.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Feel the physical sensations.

Maybe there's a breeze on your skin,

A tingling in the toes.

Just become aware of that.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Bring some movement,

Just a tiny gentle movement into the fingers or into the toes,

The feet.

And slowly just start to wake the body up.

Ever so slowly taking as long as you possibly can to bring the body back around.

Keep your eyes closed or in a soft,

Soft focus.

Come back to our intention that we made at the beginning to listen.

Say and give a moment of gratitude for this practice.

And slowly,

Whenever you're ready,

Flutter the eyes open,

Going so,

So slowly as though you're being born out of that womb that holds so much power.

Flicker,

Flickering your eyes,

Slowly open and emerge,

Born back into this world,

Slightly wiser,

More restive,

More inspired,

And a little stronger than before.

Know that that power that exists within your womb is there to be called upon whenever you need it.

You only have to ask.
