Welcome to this week's guided meditation.
Find somewhere cozy to relax and get comfortable.
Let your hands rest in your lap.
Find the length in your spine as you lift up through the crown of the head.
Letting your shoulders relax away from your ears,
Down your back.
Softening all the little muscles of the face,
Jaw.
Finding your inhales,
Expanding your lungs to full capacity and slowing your exhales way down.
Finding a spacious moment of stillness in the silent space between each inhalation and exhalation.
In and out.
In and out.
On your next breath,
See if you can release the exhale with an exaggerated sigh.
Let it be as loud and obnoxious as feels good to you.
Do that one more time,
In and out.
Perhaps this time toning a sound like a moan or an ohm or letting your face go completely slack.
It doesn't have to look or sound pretty.
Just let it be an honest release from within you.
And wherever you're at,
Let your breathing return to normal.
Relax.
Begin to tune inwards into your own heart,
Body,
Mind.
Tuning into your own presence.
Take a moment to check in with where you're at right now.
Just doing an honest scan of your body,
Feeling the emotional climate of you.
Staying in that witness space.
Hearing any stories.
Really tuning in to the felt sensation of what it's like to be you right now.
Honoring that.
Whatever you see,
Whatever comes up,
Let it be okay.
Allow yourself to be as you are right now.
Maybe even cultivating an atmosphere of ease and curiosity.
Enjoying the symphony of sensations that make up your felt experience.
Realizing how the energy moves,
Changes,
And shifts in the presence of your awareness.
This time and space is here for you to give yourself the gift of your own presence,
Attention,
And gentle awareness.
It's just you and you.
Inhale.
Exhale fully.
Surrender.
Allow yourself to relax more deeply into yourself,
Into the now.
Acknowledging yourself with open presence and attention is one of the most loving gifts you can give yourself.
This is a radical act of love and is the healing nectar that your soul craves.
Take a moment to place your hands over your heart and bow your head to your chest.
Thank yourself for showing up here and choosing to give yourself the gift of your own love,
Attention,
Presence.
This simple act is a blessing that touches every heart as it extends into the far reaches of existence.
There's no place where you end and I begin.
And we're all blessed in the soft ripple of your decision to honor and love who you are as you are with great love and appreciation.
Namaste.
Namaste.
