Welcome to our meditative moment.
Meditative moments are simple offerings and practices that can be incorporated into your daily life.
I encourage you to use them in the spaces and places you desire more breath,
More peace,
More ease.
Today our meditative moment is a mantra which goes,
Nothing can separate me from my good which is complete.
Nothing can separate me from my good which is complete.
This mantra acknowledges that you are always in and connected to your good which is complete and total in all ways.
There is no separation.
There is no lack.
There is no enemy.
An endless stream of well-being flows to you constantly without end or limit.
And only by forgetting this could you temporarily close this flow.
Whenever you perceive a threat or lack in your experience,
You close off your awareness of your good which is unchanging and total in nature.
By repeating this mantra,
You reawaken that truth that is true always.
That nothing can separate you from the love and goodness which you are,
Which exists continuously and eternally in every direction without end.
This statement is a loving balm of truth you can use anytime you feel threatened,
Whether it be a negative conversation,
A fearful thought,
Or an uncomfortable circumstance.
As you repeat this mantra,
You ll turn back in towards your power and center of influence where you know that you are the creator of your reality and nothing can separate you from the good which you are.

Begin with the breath.
So breathe deeply into the base of your belly,
Feel your whole torso expand front to back,
Side to side,
Pausing at the top,
Letting it all go with a big sigh,
Softly pausing at the bottom.
In and out.
In and out.
Taking as many slow,
Conscious breaths as you need in order to feel grounded and centered in presence awareness.
Now pause.
Be still.
To be present to yourself.
Letting everything else fall away for a moment.
And repeat.
Nothing can separate me from my good which is complete.
Nothing can separate me from my good which is complete.
No thing can separate me from my good which is complete.
Speak it slowly,
Connecting to a sense of absolute wellbeing and unending union with the very essence of good as you do.
Nothing can separate me from my good which is complete.
What does it feel like to be a stable center in the midst of what's going on around you?
What does it feel like to be constant in your sense of wellbeing no matter where you are?
To feel safe in all circumstances.
To know yourself as one who lives,
Moves and has their being in life's goodness.
Nothing can separate me from my good which is complete.
Feel yourself merging more deeply with a robust sense of wellbeing and stability within.
Nothing can separate you from your good which is complete.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
Beautiful.
When you recognize this,
You are no longer the victim of circumstance.
You are the creator of it.
Let no thought,
Person,
Event,
Outcome or behavior be the reason you turn away from your core of wellbeing.
As you remain steady and rooted in the awareness of your goodness,
You become a safe haven of love and wellbeing,
Making it easier for all those around you to remember their wholeness and their goodness within too.
Let's take one more deep breath together here.
Inhale.
Exhaling,
Bringing your hands together at heart center.
Softly bowing your head in reverence for your own heart.
The endless and unhindered flow of love and wellbeing in me.
Honor and celebrate the endless and unhindered flow of love and wellbeing in you.
