Today,
We'll be connecting to your total wellness and that deep inner knowing of the perfection of all things.
The mantra we'll be using today is inspired by the works of Julian of Norwich,
Who received a divine vision on what she thought was her deathbed in the 14th century.
And during this time,
She heard the words,
All shall be well,
And all shall be well,
And all manner of things shall be well.
And so with these loving words in mind,
Find somewhere quiet to sit and relax.
Allow yourself to get settled,
Making any adjustments you need so you can sit in stillness.
Closing your eyes,
Softly turning your attention inwards,
Becoming aware of your body,
Your is-ness.
Notice your breath moving in and out effortlessly.
Allow it to deepen.
In and out.
In and out.
Allowing brief pauses of stillness at the top of the inhale and the bottom of the exhale.
In and out.
In and out.
Inviting a sense of opening here,
A sense of spaciousness and deep relaxation in your body and mind.
Moving to your heart space.
Feel your heart beating in your chest.
Let its gentle presence soothe you.
Relaxing more and more with every beat.
Feeling so held,
So soothed,
And completely at ease.
And from this place of deep relaxation,
Let's introduce our mantra.
All is well,
And all shall be well.
On every inhale,
Softly feeling the words,
All is well.
And on every exhale,
Acknowledging,
And all shall be well.
Inhaling all is well.
Inhale and all shall be well.
Really feeling these words in your body as you do.
For the next few minutes,
I'll be softly repeating these words to you.
You can repeat them aloud with me,
Or simply let the feeling of them wash over you as I speak them.
Breathing in time with them.
Really anchoring this loving and peaceful awareness in your body,
Mind,
Spirit.
All is well,
And all shall be well.
All is well,
And all shall be well.
All is well.
And all shall be well.
All is well.
And all shall be well.
All is well.
And all shall be well.
All is well.
And all shall be well.
All is well.
And all shall be well.
All is well.
And all shall be well.
Shall shall be well.
Alright.
All is well… and all shall be well… All is well… and all shall be well.
Oh,
What good was all this thought to come to this point.
It was called immediately.
And all matter of things shall be well.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale fully with a sigh,
Relax,
Surrender,
Be completely at ease.
You are exactly where you're meant to be,
And everything is unfolding perfectly.
Retrospect will give you proof,
But darling,
Faith will give you peace.
From your beating heart to the rising sun,
There is so much to celebrate each day.
Allow your gaze to lift to what your heart knows and your soul longs to see,
That all is well,
And all shall be well.
And within you is everything you need.
Thank you so much for joining me here today.
From my well heart to yours,
Namaste.
