Hello and welcome to this special meditation inspired by Joe Dispenza's reconditioning the body to a new mind meditation.
For this meditation,
We'll be moving through several different feeling states in order to entrain your emotional body to a higher vibrational state of being.
By activating and practicing these powerful states consciously,
You're creating momentum with them and literally activating new genes in response to these elevated emotions.
The more time you spend in these high vibrations,
The more they simply become a part of who you are and how you move through the world.
And the best part is,
As you practice emotions like feeling whole and vibrantly alive,
You're going to begin to attract more exciting and uplifting people and experiences everywhere you go that match these new elevated states.
Remember,
Your true being,
Who you are at your very core,
Is limitless,
Expansive,
Pure,
Unbounded being.
You can be whoever you want to be.
You are not defined by your past or your current experiences.
And all you need to do to get there is to practice the state of being that you desire to exist in.
And before you know it,
You'll be new in this world.
So to begin our meditation,
Find somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit,
Somewhere that you can completely relax.
And then softly close your eyes.
Begin to deepen your breath,
Breathing into the base of your belly,
Feeling it expand as you do,
Pausing at the top of your inhale,
And then exhaling with a sigh,
Emptying out completely as your belly button contracts towards your spine,
And pausing at the bottom of your exhale.
Inhale,
Expand.
Exhale,
Release.
Inhale,
Expand.
And exhale,
Release.
Do that three more times at your own pace,
And then let your breath return to normal as you take a moment to rest in the stillness.
Now,
I want you to see if you can cultivate a feeling of security in your body.
What does it feel like to feel completely secure in yourself,
To feel completely safe and supported?
What does it feel like on a visceral level to be stable and sure of yourself,
Feeling completely safe,
Supported,
And secure as you are?
Really feel it.
Breathe into it.
Feel this sense of security expanding in your body as you do,
And rest here.
Now,
I want you to cultivate the feeling of peace in your body.
What does it feel like to be completely relaxed,
Completely at ease,
Resisting nothing,
Restful and relaxed,
Like a smooth stone in a still pond,
Simply being?
Breathe into this peace.
Allow it to sparkle in every cell of your being as a luminous and spacious light.
Now,
I want you to cultivate the feeling of satisfaction in your body.
What does it feel like to be deeply satisfied,
To feel completely nourished by life in a state of contentment and appreciation?
Really feel satisfaction in every cell of your being,
From the tips of your toes to the top of your head,
Letting out a big sigh as you rest in this satisfied state.
Now I want you to cultivate the feeling of vitality in your body.
What does it feel like to be overflowing with vibrant energy and radiant health?
What does it feel like to be tapped into a limitless energy source that's continually refreshing and vitalizing every cell of your being?
Breathe into this vitality.
Feel your body as a vessel of perfect and effortless health.
Now I want you to cultivate the feeling of empowerment in your body.
What does it feel like to be powerful,
Capable,
And able?
Confident and strong?
What does it feel like to be fearless in the face of all challenges?
What does it feel like to simply know,
I can do this,
I got this?
Feel this strength and robust confidence coursing through your body.
Now I want you to cultivate the feeling of excitement in your body.
What does it feel like to anticipate something really exciting?
To know that something really amazing is about to happen for you,
Something you've been waiting a long time for.
Breathe deeply as you feel this excitement dancing through you.
You have every reason to celebrate.
Now I want you to cultivate the feeling of clarity.
What does it feel like to be incredibly lucid and coherent?
To feel so clear on who you are and what you desire to create in this life.
To clearly see the path in front of you knowing exactly what the next step is.
What does that feel like in your body and mind?
What does it feel like to have a mind like an open sky after a rain?
Fresh,
Alert,
Crisp,
And crystal clear.
Breathe fresh space and oxygen into this feeling.
Now I want you to cultivate the feeling of authenticity.
What does it feel like to be your most organic and embodied self?
Completely you.
Easily,
Naturally,
And freely.
What does it feel like to pour your authentic expression into every moment?
Letting yourself show up as an effortless extension of your true heart.
Breathe into this authentic and spacious place.
Now I want you to cultivate the feeling of wholeness in your body.
What does it feel like to be complete?
Like a living work of art.
Feeling so grounded,
So worthy,
And so good on every level of your being.
Feel your wholeness.
Breathe into it.
Now I want you to cultivate the feeling of divinity.
What does it feel like to be miraculous?
To be so in tune with your unlimited and all-powerful nature.
Feeling so bright and whole.
What does it feel like to be intimately connected to all life as you stand in reverent awe of creation?
Breathe light and spaciousness into your body as you sit here,
A divine being.
And finally,
What does it feel like to be incredibly blessed?
What does it feel like to be thankful and excited about everything you have and everything you are?
To feel like you must be the luckiest person alive.
Take a deep breath and really feel your gratitude and appreciation for your blessed life.
Feel it bursting from every cell of your being.
And if you'd like,
You can softly repeat the words,
Thank you.
Now take a moment to hold the vision of your most inspired and powerful self.
What does the you who knows and stands in their power look like?
The fearless version of you.
The you that is completely at peace with who they are and absolutely in love with life.
What does that look like?
And what does it feel like to be this powerful and alive version of yourself?
Breathe into this being,
This vision.
This is the true you,
The you that you are becoming in this very moment.
Send an outpouring of love to this version of yourself.
Now take a nice deep breath and exhale with a sigh.
Know that everything within you has shifted and elevated higher.
You have created a new set point of being and your external reality will shift to align with this new inspired you.
Slowly open up your eyes.
Inhale.
Exhale.
And step into the world,
A brand new being.
