In today's meditation we are going to connect with the angel Azriel.
His name means the assistance of the Creator.
We are going to connect to his power and see how the Creator's help is always in our life.
All we need to do is ask for it.
So please put your feet on the ground and cross your arms and lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them and take a deep breath in and out.
Another deep breath in and out.
Start relaxing your body from the top of your head.
Relax the muscles of your face.
Relax your neck and your shoulders.
Keep breathing deeply.
Relax your arms all the way down to your fingertips.
Relax your chest and your abdomen.
Relax your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
All the way down to your feet.
Let yourself sink into the chair and feel completely relaxed.
And imagine that your feet have roots that go down into the ground,
Down and down,
All the way down to the core of the earth,
Grounding and connecting to the earth.
And in the next breath in,
Breathe light that's coming from the core of the earth.
Breathe in,
See that light going up through the roots,
Up and up,
All the way to the top of your head.
And breathe out.
And again,
Breathe in white light from the core of the earth,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And breathe out.
And one more time,
Breathe in white light going up through the roots,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And breathe out.
And see yourself walking by a beautiful beach.
It's very relaxing and calming.
You hear the sound of the waves.
And for these few moments in time,
Leave behind all your worries,
All your thoughts,
All your fears,
And just follow the sound of my voice.
And far away,
In front of you,
You see a flight of stairs.
Walk towards them and start climbing up,
Up and up.
The stairs are going up to the sky.
And as you climb up,
You see a light coming from the top of the stairs.
Keep climbing up and up.
And when you reach the top,
You see a door.
Open the door from the bottom up,
Like a garage door.
A very strong light is coming from behind that door and walking to the light.
And a beautiful,
Silvery,
Shining angel is coming towards you.
He's a very big angel and he's ruling over hundreds of thousands of angels.
His name is Azriel,
The assistance of the Creator.
And Azriel is welcoming you,
Embracing you,
And asking you to come along with him for a little walk.
And in this walk,
You can see your life from a different perspective.
Everything that is bothering you,
Maybe keeping you up at night,
Creating unrest within you,
Right now as you look at it,
It doesn't bother you.
It's not stressing you out.
You just see it as it is.
And Azriel is showing you how the light force of the Creator is part of everything that is happening.
And it's there for you.
It's there to assist you.
And see yourself standing up straight,
Stretching your shoulders,
And opening up your chest and your heart to receive the assistance of the Creator.
So many times in our life we are just so closed.
We can't receive the help.
We can't see the light on the other side.
But Azriel is telling you help is coming.
The assistance of the Creator is there for you.
Just let it in.
And if you have a very specific question to ask,
You may ask Azriel now and listen to his answer.
And now walk back with Azriel,
Back to the point where you started,
And observe how you are feeling about everything.
You're not as stressed.
You're not as worried.
Everything is going to be okay.
And embrace Azriel one more time before you leave.
