Today we are going to do meditation with Angel Gabriel.
Gabriel's name comes from the word Gvora in Hebrew,
Which means strength and power and courage.
Angel Gabriel is an angel we can call upon when we need more courage,
More strength,
Difficult situations in our life,
Sometimes situations in which we need to say no,
Any situation in which we feel we need to be strong.
So let's begin the meditation.
Please sit with your feet on the ground and cross your arms,
Lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision,
Close them.
And take a deep breath in and out.
Allow your body to sink into the chair.
Keep breathing deeply and relax the top of your head.
Relax the muscles of your face.
Relax your neck and your shoulders.
Relax your arms all the way down to your fingertips.
Relax your chest and your abdomen.
Relax your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
All the way down to your feet.
Imagine that your feet have roots that go down into the ground,
Down and down and down,
All the way down to the core of the earth.
Now your roots are connecting you to the core of the earth.
Your body and your self connected with the earth,
With its power,
Its wisdom.
And now from the earth,
Going up through the roots and your body,
All the way up to the top of your head and breathe out,
Share that light with your environment.
And again,
Breathe in white light from the roots,
All the way up to the top of your head and breathe out that light with everyone you know.
And one more time,
Breathe in white light from the core of the earth,
Up through the roots,
Through your body,
All the way up to the top of your head.
And breathe out,
Share this light with the world.
And in front of you at a distance,
You see a ladder,
Walk towards that ladder.
And start to slowly climb up the ladder,
Step by step,
A ladder that is going up to the upper walls and you're climbing up,
Step by step.
And as you reach the top of this ladder,
You see yourself in a different realm,
In a different world.
There's a beautiful white light all around you and start walking in this beautiful realm,
Seeing the white light in this beautiful place.
And now there's a big powerful angel approaching you.
He is big as a tall skyscraper and he is powerful,
Strong and mighty.
This is the angel Gabriel.
You can also call him Gabriel.
And he's welcoming you with love and care.
And now you are walking with this beautiful,
Powerful angel.
And as you're walking,
You can see different aspects of your life,
Situations,
People,
Relationships,
Work.
And you can see the different limitations that exist in your reality.
From this place with angel Gabriel,
You can see how you believe the illusion of the physical world.
And by believing this illusion,
You are staying within the limitation.
And Gabriel is telling you,
When you go inside yourself,
To your true self,
Your true soul,
The creator that is within you,
You can disconnect from the physical reality.
You can disconnect from the illusion.
And you can connect to your true power,
The power to create your own reality.
You can overcome those challenges that you see in your life.
And you can see that you can see how powerful you are.
You can see how so many things that look real in your life are just an illusion.
You can see how your ego is convincing you to believe it.
But there is one area in your life,
One situation that still looks very real to you.
In this area,
You don't see yourself overcoming the illusion.
This area seems very real to you.
The challenge seems very real to you.
It's almost like there's a wall,
A big,
Strong wall that you cannot cross.
I can overcome so many things,
But I cannot get through this wall.
The angel Gabriel is so powerful,
So strong.
And he's now showing you that if you are courageous enough to face that wall,
To know that it is an illusion,
You can break that wall with the power of your mind.
And he is now helping you.
For this matter,
He is the most powerful angel that there is.
He's helping you to break that wall.
Whatever area in your life seems like a wall,
Remember,
Angel Gabriel is always there for you to help you overcome that challenge,
Overcome that illusion.
You can always call him and ask for his help.
