Welcome to today's meditation.
Today we are going to meditate with the angel Tzadki El,
One of the most powerful angels out there.
His name in Hebrew means justice and charity and he's a great angel that can help us connect to sustenance and abundance in our lives.
So let's begin.
Please sit with your feet on the ground,
Uncross your arms,
Lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them and take a deep breath in and out again breathing in,
Sinking into your chair and breathe out and allow your body to relax from the top of your head,
The muscles of your face,
Your neck and shoulders relax your arms all the way down to your fingertips relax your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your back relaxed and your hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Cups all the way down to the bottom of your foot let it all relax and imagine that your feet have roots that go down into the ground,
Down and down and down all the way down to the core of the earth and these roots are now grounding you deeply,
You're feeling the energy and the wisdom of the earth and as you're breathing in you feel the entire earth expanding with your lungs breathe in,
See everything expanding and breathe out and again breathe in,
See the entire world expanding with your lungs and breathe out and you see now a beautiful white bright light coming from the core of the earth and going up through the roots up and up and up until this light reaches your feet and keeps going up and up through your legs your knees,
Your thighs and your hips,
The lights keep going up through your abdomen and your chest your shoulders and down through your arms,
Your neck,
Your face and your head all the way up to the top of your head now this light is forming a beautiful ball,
Ball of light and you see this ball expanding and expanding,
Growing until it's surrounding you completely all around you like a beautiful cocoon of white light you're feeling very calm and safe and slowly this light with you in it is lifting up from the ground and it's starting to take you up and up into the sky and you can see the ground beneath you becoming farther and farther and the ball of light keeps going up and up and up you can see your home and your city becoming smaller and smaller your country becoming smaller and smaller you can see your continent now becoming smaller and smaller as you keep going up and up now you can see planet Earth becoming smaller and smaller and you keep going up through space and through different layers of energy,
Different worlds,
Different chambers until this ball is entering a beautiful chamber there are lights in many different colors and now the ball is landing softly on the ground you're stepping up you start walking around looking at all this beauty and at a distance you see a very bright light coming towards you it's an angel a big beautiful angel he's happy to see you he's welcoming you with his arms this is the angel said Kiel and he's embracing you with so much love and inviting you to walk with him there's something special I want to show you he says so you're walking with him and enter into a room and in the middle of the room there's the most beautiful piece of garment you've ever seen what is it you ask this is your garment he answers and you're looking at this garment it is shining with light in many different colors it is radiating so much energy what is it what do you mean you ask the angel and he's explaining to you that all of the positive actions all of the actions of sharing of charity every time you went against your comfort zone and shared all of these energies accumulating to create this beautiful garment just for you can I try it on you ask of course he answers and you are now wearing this beautiful garment you're feeling so good so empowered you're feeling that all your needs are being met you're feeling one with the creator and you are taking off this garment and said he wants you to see your life from the point of view of the creator he's asking you to take a look at your life from the beginning and until now everything you went through the hardships the challenges the good times the bad times all the actions of sharing that you took how you've been caring for other people all the times that you made efforts to go against the selfish desires all your spiritual work all your spiritual efforts all your spiritual work look how far you've come he tells you and look how beautiful this garment is you created it and as you look at yourself you feel good it's true there's still a lot of work to do there's still a lot of growth that can take place and this garment will become even more beautiful and more powerful as you keep doing what you've been doing and you're feeling so much joy right now just from understanding this and every time you're going to face a challenge and every time things might seem very difficult for you you can pause for a moment and imagine that you are wearing this garment and it's giving you so much power and every time you feel tired and exhausted from doing all this work every time you don't feel like sharing just remember how powerful your work is and how impactful it is there is so much abundance and sustenance that the creator wants to give you you might have an area in your life in which you're feeling luck in which you don't feel you have abundance keep placing an effort into your spiritual work into your effort into going against selfish desires into caring and sharing with other people into caring and loving yourself and know that this garment is yours no matter what and it can bring you all the abundance and all the sustenance that you need and take a few moments to just look at this garment to just feel its energy to have this knowing that all of these blessings are coming into your life so and now take another moment to connect with Angel Tzadkiel asking for his blessings of sustenance and abundance and he's telling you every time you engage in sharing every time you go against your comfort zone and help other people or give i am there with you and you can feel his energy so and now say goodbye to Tzadkiel embrace him again and see him spread out his wings and ascend and start walking back to that ball of light that you came up with and engulf yourself again with this light and you see that ball lifting up in the air and starting his journey back down and down through the layers of energy in the different worlds down through space and you can see the earth coming closer and closer you keep going down and down you see your continent your city your home and the ball is landing softly and you're now coming back into your body your spirit is lifted you're feeling joy you're feeling connected and i'm going to count now from one to five to come back to the here and now one you can wiggle your toes two stretch your shoulders three four take a deep breath in and out five and you can open your eyes welcome back and thank you for joining me
