Welcome to today's meditation with the Angel Adniel,
An Angel of Miracles.
Let's begin.
Please sit with your feet on the ground,
Uncross your arms,
Lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision,
Close them,
And take a deep breath in and out.
Allow your body to relax,
Sink into the chair,
Keep breathing deeply,
Breathe in and out,
And let your head relax,
The muscles of your face relax,
Your neck and your shoulders relax,
Your arms,
Your spine and abdomen,
Let your hips and your legs all the way down to your feet,
Be completely relaxed,
And feel yourself sinking into the chair,
Grounding.
You are completely relaxed.
And now in your mind's eye,
See yourself walking in a natural place,
A place that you love.
Just walk in nature,
Enjoy the sun,
The sounds of nature,
The smell,
And for this moment in time,
Let go of all your thoughts and your worries,
Just follow the sound of my voice,
And keep walking in nature.
In front of you you see a flight of stairs,
Go towards it,
And start climbing up the stairs,
Up and up,
The stairs are leading you up to the sky.
And as you reach the top of the stairs,
You see a door lifted from the bottom up like a garage door,
And a very strong light is coming from that door as you walk inside,
And there you see a beautiful angel,
He's very big,
Shining,
Beaming in a beautiful light,
And he's happy to see you,
He's opening his arms and embracing you.
His name is Adniel,
And as you enjoy the energy of being around him,
You feel so lifted just by being there,
He's asking you to open your heart and open your mind,
And he's telling you that us humans are coming into this world with an innate selfish desires,
These desires often times become the driving force of our lives,
We allow them to dominate,
We allow them to control our decisions,
And we find ourselves in situations that we don't like,
That we don't want,
And that we are not happy about.
Our true purpose in this world is to awaken mercy,
Kindness and compassion,
And to do the work of going against our selfish nature,
Overcoming selfishness is not an easy task,
But when we truly make this effort to change the driving force in our lives from our selfish desire,
Into desire for sharing,
Desire for kindness and compassion,
We can awake miracles,
Tremendous miracles that will manifest in our lives,
We can increase the power of intuition and prophecy in our life,
Take a moment to think of a selfish desire that you have,
Something that became the driving force of your life,
And the angel Adniel is putting his arms on your head,
And he's allowing you to see how you can overcome this desire,
Overcoming selfish desire doesn't mean to completely erase it,
It means to transform it into a desire to share.
And after he's showing you this,
You can ask him a question,
You can ask him for guidance,
You can simply just ask him to help you in this process.
And now take a moment to think of other people in your life that you love,
And you can see how they need miracles in their life,
Send them this energy,
Send them this teaching,
Send them love.
And now see all this light,
All this energy gathering from all around you and into your heart,
Feeling your heart with kindness and compassion and love and courage and perseverance for this work.
And take a moment to thank the angel Adniel,
Embracing one more time and say goodbye.
You're ready to come back with this new elevated consciousness,
And walk back to the door and back down the stairs.
Walk in the same natural place you were before,
Just see yourself feeling light,
Feeling motivated,
Feeling encouraged,
And ready to make miracles happen in your life.
And come back to your body,
Take a deep breath in and out,
And I'm going to count from one to five to come back to the here and now.
